I reckon so, and the only publicity now is a criminal publicity and debts to pay when damages are awarded against the author.
Why are you preempting the court?

It has not been proven by a court of competent jurisdiction that Baba was defamed

Yet you and the judge that gave this rubbish order is already acting like there is already a judgement

If this is not exactly what Dele is talking about I don't know what else.. You all keep proving him right

The earlier you understand its normal for people to react different to same matters, the best for you

Dele that defamed him didnt goof, but person we dem lie on top, na him goof

See logic
The events of the last week have shown that no lies were told against Afe Babala. For the police to abduct someone to a different state and lead them to a court without jurisdiction on the matter being adjudicated upon, is testament to the rot that has bedeviled the Nigerian judiciary, just as Farotimi claimed.

Afe has given credence to every accusation made against him, and has acted with the same carelessness and naivete Erisco did. Quite unfortunate for a man so learned to be as careless and impulsive as a semi-literate.

That is why those who have been maligned and libeled have taken the matter to court, to let the person either prove his claims or ridicule himself.

And the book author and the publisher now know that they have a case on their hands.

At the end of the day, even you who have seen, would have a chance to conclude by law, if what your saw was false or fact.
Dele only put the truth into writing almost every sane Nigeria knew that our judiciary are corrupt. Even chief justice Ariwola and Kekere Ekun decried this in their respective speech. Late Umar Musa Yaradua, Okonjo Iwela, Gani Fawayimi, Fela Anikulapo, Falana and other notables all condemned the corrupt Judiciary.
My advice is that Ariwola , Kere Ekun, Yaradua e t.c should also be sued grin grin

The book rose from a pittance price of $4 to over $20 on the Amazon.

It seems that Farotimi's did right , given the attacks he received. This intense reaction suggests that he said the truth and the truth struck a nerve hence the one that claimed he was defamed is jittery.
You expecting those defamed to keep quiet. Very soon you will be on the receiving end of this bloggers, then you will understand.

You bring a person's career to disrepute and you say he is fighting back. I don't know if Afe babalola is guilty or not, but an innocent person will also react this way.
