The FCTA has been sending warnings for months about this payment and those who took government land.Nigerians most times don't like doing the needful till the government applies force.This is a way of generating revenue also.You want Wike to build road,hospital,etc but don't want to pay your fees ,where will the money come from.
Going behind to beg him,and coming out to blackmail the minister is bad.
The minister should please give them more time.

I hope Oga Ribadu have a way to checkmate his office before he create a security situation at the FCT .. The FCT is not a place you create crisis ...

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Nyesom Wike has defended the demolition of properties in the nation’s seat of power, saying he won’t be swayed by blackmail.

Wike said the structures being demolished by the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) are properties illegally built on government lands.

“Let me use this opportunity to tell Nigerians and residents of Abuja, we are not afraid of blackmailing,” the minister said during the distribution of operational vehicles to security agencies at the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja on Thursday.

“In fact, you cannot be in this kind of position and say you cannot be blackmailed particularly as regards this Abuja. There are so many land grabbers. Some of us have come to put our feet down. Let heaven fall. It is even better that heaven comes down now so that we would not be fasting again to go to heaven.”

I don't know about other professions, but certains companies and organization in some countries sponsor medical professionals like Nurses, Physiotherapists, Medical Laboratory Scientists etc. But they will sign a contact (2-3 years), but you must have passed some exams, and gotten some licenses and certifications applicable in those countries.

Hospitals and Recruitment agencies in the USA does it for those professions I mentioned. Yes, they recruit medics directly from Nigeria.

Please what are examples of such companies doing it for medical laboratory professionals in Nigeria? Someone I know needs this information.

How can you have an estate and just be paying for a R of O ? Something is off . You get R of O immediately you accept a land allocation and pay the statutory fees . Then you proceed to apply for a c of o and also paying the fees .
