You wanted opinion on issues... With married couples. And then you tagged all singles? 🤔 Then you had to go ahead and shut the door on kobo. 🤣 Hilarious. Anyways many family planning methods which includes contraceptives, which includes both the oral ones and IUD's, tracking the woman's ovulation cycle and condoms... Yes some married couples use condoms. Other methods include vescotomy and contraceptive patch to prevent ovulation. And some married couples also do pregnancy interruption to keep in line with their planned family targets when they are not ready and some of the methods used to prevent fail! |

I don't think most Nigerian families tend to engage in family planning. It's whatever. Only the enlightened ones do |

Pls you don't ask everything in a public forum . If you are serious about your question go to hospital and consult your gynaecologist. |

I am currently unmarried but my method has never failed me. Be careful on how to use this method and your partner has to be onboard because, you need her to constantly give you update about her circle (when she sees her period and when it stops.) First of all; know how many days her full circle is. (From Day 1 to the last day.) Some girls has shorter cycle, some has longer while some has irregular circle. Girls with 26 days and less are considered short circles, girl with 27-30 days are considered normal circle, girls with 31 days and above falls into the category of long and irregular circles. So do your due diligence to familiarize yourself with her circle. Study her for at least 3 months/3 circle. Secondly: when you know her circle, she should tell you when she begins her period and the day she sees last flow ( I said last flow NOT spotting ooo), after her last flow, you can have raw sex with her for 7 days after her last flow. Thirdly: count back from her day 1, (day1 was the day she first saw her period), then count to day 14. Day 14 is usually her most fertile day during ovulation, DO NOT ATTEMPT to have sex with her 3 days before day 14 and 3 days after day 14. Then after Day 17, wait for another 5 days to begin raw sex with her. If you practice according to this strategy, NO unplanned pregnancy will occur. The only disadvantage of the strategy is; you don't get to have sex often but it works. If you want constant sex, then strap up with a condom. |

It's BIRTH CONTROL method a.k.a family planning. Sometimes, it's the injection method. Often times, it's the coil method. We've been on a steady knacking for the past 3 years whilst deceiving our friends & family that we're looking for another child. ![]() |

DenreleDave:first day means, the first day she sees her period and last day means, the day means, the last day she sees her period flow (spotting not inclusive) which could be the 3rd day, for some women, 4th day, for some women 5th day. |

I am currently unmarried, but my approach has always been effective. It's important to use this method carefully, and your partner needs to be on board, as you'll need her to keep you updated about her cycle (when her period starts and ends). First, determine the length of her full cycle (from Day 1 to the last day). Some individuals have shorter cycles, some have longer, and some have irregular cycles. Cycles of 26 days or less are considered short, 27-30 days are normal, and 31 days or more are categorized as long or irregular. Take the time to understand her cycle over at least three months.. Next, once you know her cycle, she should inform you when her period begins and when her last flow occurs (not spotting). After her last flow, you can be intimate for seven days. Then, count back from Day 1 (the first day of her period) to Day 14, which is typically her most fertile day during ovulation. Avoid intimacy three days before and three days after Day 14. After Day 17, wait another five days before being intimate again.. If you follow this strategy, unplanned pregnancies are unlikely. The only downside is that it may limit the frequency of intimacy, but it is effective. If you prefer more frequent intimacy, consider using protection. |

Husband and wife both download Fertility apps on their respective phones. (I personally prefer GLOW fertility app) Wife updates her cycles every month when she’s done with her period . She also ensures her husband update his every month and y’all will be fine. Personally i avoid sex during ovulation week & also wait 3 days after ovulation. But if she’s Hot during ovulation week and insist on sex Then CDS is a must and non negotiable! |

A305:This can't work in the marriage; 1. You can never follow the rule living with a woman all the time in the same house 2. Women cicle do change to unforseen circumstances and allergic reaction or even stress. 3. This theory don't work on some women. Some do release eggs constantly or too fertile to keep X chromosome longer than usual. |

| Re: For Married Couple, How Do You Have Sex Regularly Without Getting Pregnant? by RavenMaster(m): 5:58pm On Dec 14, 2024 |
JohnnA1:It doesn't. Other than the menstrual cycle being irregular, there's no side effect per se. Although a few women did report that it caused them to get "fat". However, if after the expiration of the coil, one refuses to change it, it could lead to infection. I wish the government can really promote the birth control thing more, the citizens really need more awareness on the birth control thing. |
