She never said Nigerians would be "barred", but she's anti-immigrants, pro-tightening-immigration like any Conservative. If any country should bar any country's citizens, it would be the call of Foreign Affairs Ministry/Interior on well-thought diplomatic basis, not from the emotional rant of an offender.

Kemi Badenoch is just as any UK Conservative politician. Her becoming Prime Minister would hardly have any major adverse effect on emigration to UK as you may think.
