Everything seems funny as long as it’s happening to someone else. No use this kind sense cross road oo
Somehow, you think a woman of such calibre who has participated in building Abuja for over 40 years won't be in court to challenge Wike if she has proper documentations to that property?
Ironically, we live in a country where we all agree everything is wrong, to change whatever is wrong, the foundation of same country will be shaken, but we never like anything to change we just want a functional society to appear.
I have been saying this since the ages, Nigerians only talk change but they will be the first to resist actual change when they see it.
The figure that will ACTUALLY transform Nigeria will have to fight against those in the top class of Nigeria as well as the masses, the top class will fight to protect what they have been enjoying while the masses like you are doing now will be defending them without knowing exactly why they are doing that.

It's her words against Wike's, somehow, without seeing any documents, you have concluded it's her, if it's her land, would she be talking about begging?

This is the kind of arrogance and impunity that is dragging us backwards in Nigeria. All lands in Abuja is vested in the Minister of Federal Capital Territory irrespective of his age and status. An approval was given to you and instead of fulfilling the terms of the approval, you violated it and carried on as if you’re above the law.

Dear Hon. Wike, send your bulldozer to demolish the place first thing tomorrow morning. Make an example of this arrogant and mischievous woman that nobody is above the law. Impunity has no place in a modern and democratic country like Nigeria.

I see Wike and Tinubu working tirelessly to anger the young Nigeria military to end this democracy. A small shit can spoil the latrine. This I have seen, this charade is going to be short-lived.

In 1982, the likes of Umaru Dikko and Adisa Akinloye were on this same charade rude. The rest in now HISTORY!
As usual, Validated nonsense.

In situations like these, there has to be plans in place to compensate them - development is a good thing, but it has to follow due process!

Don't just come and spill nonsense here oga!

Put your self in her place - 42 years, all that you have laboured for just taken over night from you without due process or a plan for compensation?

Nigeria and sensationalism.

Madam, if you have the certificate of occupancy, present it. If you don't, then you have occupied that land for free for 42 years, the right thing to do is to normalise the ownership of the land.

Enough of this media witch-hunt of the government. The other day it was another groups who came to bad-mouth the government to curry the sympathy of unsuspecting Nigerians after building structures on government's properties.

As a people we need to decide and pursue what we want. You cannot be asking for a first-world status and desire to retain the weaknesses of a third-world nation. You cannot demarket your country in the Digital space almost 24/7 and expect to be respected abroad. The current perception of Nigerians is mainly because of the way we have painted ourselves.

Comparing Tinubu and Wike to Umaru Dikko and Adisa Akinloye is not fair to Wike/Tinubu. Moreover, you don’t know enough information to pass judgement on the case.

You are a bumbling buffoon and a trisomic fuccktarrd. I am more Yooba than your lineage will ever be and I will vote against Tinubu ole, a thousand time over.

Wike and you APC monkeys are strange bed fellows. Yes, you know it.

You mor0ns hated him when he squared up against Amaechi and killed many Rivers APC members in 2015, and 2019. Today, you are throwing Owambe at the mention of his name because he rigged elections for APC presidentials last year.

Maybe if he had killed you too as an APC thug in 2019, nature would have spared us the pains of sharing the same natural oxygen with demented and mentally-i competent nincompoops like you. Rotten turd.

Exactly what the FCT Authorities are saying. They gave your husband a temporary site to mobilize his equipments to execute his contracts. It was never his land. You applied to make it a permanent property and approval was given with some conditions which you decided not to honour.

Anyone who knows this madam would know that she would have been in court by now if she has proper documentation to prove they own the land instead of the tv and verydarkdirty social media man and Femi Fani-Kayode’s errand boy called Deji Adeyanju.

She and her family have made free no stress money from Abuja since 80s ranging from choice plots from Maitama to Asokoro ,Zone 4. She's been avoiding and evading government through the backdoor. She even owns hotels and Bars in highbrow areas of Abuja.

I will advise that she takes steps to ensure that these other properties are properly documented so that she won’t be acting the part 2 of this soap opera.
Don't mind them. They won't do the right and later you will see them crying all over the place. That is the resistance always encountered in changing this country. They would rather do what they like, but this Minister is not having it. We have seen him call out various government bodies and officials.

There was no proper documentation of the land since it was a gift to develop Abuja at the time.

I remember, some people were being begged to come and live in Abuja or work because no one was interested going there so those who moved there then enjoyed it.
According to you it was a gift by the fg to encourage migration to Abuja, right?? Why now does thr government want to take the gift back ?

She should be allowed to pay what is owed within a new and short timeframe and regain the land. Cheap emotional blackmail like the minister was 14 bla bla is beside the point.

My understanding is that the they failed to comply with full payment of accrued charges to regularise ownership of the real estate within the stipulated timeline. There are punishment for such acts. In Us, uk e.t.c failure to pay property tax on a house may lead to house forfeiture. Nigerians don't like to follow rules and only dictatorial tendencies seems to get result with us. I bet she is begging to now pay the token instead of losing ownership. You cant own a 3.5 billion property and find it hard to pay less than 50 million naira charges of almost 40years.

She claimed building and land is worth over 3.5 billion naira, how come paying less than 50 million is now hard? Even banks will lend the family such money easily.

Anyone still owning real estate in Nigeria is indirectly committing suicide.

I will rather go own land in Canada if I am desperate to invest in real estate.

The market is COMPLETELY messed up.

In This particular case, A C of O was issued. FCTA has revoked it now and reallocated it to one Chinda without compensation. Reason am.
