This Wike is biting more than he can chew. He has forgotten that power is transient. He won’t be there forever.
With the way he is going Tinubu will soon drop him and he will once again be the mouthpiece and financier of opposition

You can't just be wailing for no sensible reason. How can government embark on new projects without demolition? Do those people have proper documentations for their lands?

You can't just be opposing any government moves
Which government? I hope you they have increased your stipend. You can be justifying nonsense all year round and be hungry. Nigeria, it's government and people are the second only to India in uselessness

So the government should not develop Nigeria because of some people who got a land without proper documentations

Cheap blackmailing that can't work
There is a way out ...you can normalus3 his or her document if you feel it was gotten illegally ...giving it to another person is not a solution .

Is the properties even belongs to that NDA oo1 in the first place...?

Are you people saying the elite should continue building in any part of Abuja without paying for the land...?

According to you guys only the poor or average Nigeria should be paying for land in Abuja, so big men get 2 head abi..

When she was ask by Arise tv host if she as the right documentation to back it up, she keep playing emotional game, simply question of YES or NO she no fit answer

All this thief parading themselves as elder state men, her husband company was given a place to be used for a period of time, during their construction work around that area
so that they can park their machines and other construction equipments but now they've turned it to their family property

I keep saying it our brother from that 5 plot of land never really interested in justice and truth
You know them very well.

El-Rufai did worse!

In situations like these, there has to be plans in place to compensate them - development is a good thing, but it has to follow due process!

Don't just come and spill nonsense here oga!

Put your self in her place - 42 years, all that you have laboured for just taken over night from you without due process or a plan for compensation?

Think am now
If we continue to use our emotion to think rather than what is right we will never move forward. You we're giving a land to stay without documentation, that does not mean is yours how does that becomes yours

While not supporting Wike and his Land grabbing sprees, an individuals or company holding a CTO has no title and just staying their at the pleasure of the government that issued it. Certificate of Temporary Occupancy, is a temporary title, and you are not supposed to build any permanent structures on such Land. In this instance, they were given opportunity to convert it to C of O, unfortunately they didn't until a bully like Wike got to power. I don't see how Wike will let go of that Land, it will require serious intervention from the Presidency

Honestly...

With all these demolition madness fear no let alot of people invest in landed properties again as before.. I rather buy good cars and invest heavily in my kids and close friends and relatives than buy properties anywhere in Nigeria again... Let's see what and how the future holds .. because nothing breaks a man like waste of time, money, energy and otherwise..
The rate of demolition presently is really terrifying
Even authentic papers from government doesn't cover someone

All these happenings will scare foreign investors away
Because one major reason to attract investors is how Laws and legal matters rare treated in the country where they want to invest.

Wake up one day and the Land you got authentic papers from authorities are called fake
That's why those in authority should tread with caution

We need FDI money into this economy
To facilitate Development
But if things are not straight forward
Those capable won't come

It's time for Nigerians to learn the lesson. Read your Constitution and laws.

There's no such thing as private ownership of land in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

All lands belong to the government.

End of story.

Good Luck to Nigerians.

Which Government ?

Must Development takes place after demolition of Properties even when such Properties are not Obstructing Necessary Developments.

And who told you that Your Wicked Government doesn't Destroy Properties that has Necessary Documents .

Dumb man who told you that the Properties doesn't have Proper Documentations.

Leaders are supposed to be flexible in their decisions making not always having their own way all the time.
