We’ll see you in Lagos’ – Abbas tells Tinubu after 2025 budget presentation

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas was caught on camera, exchanging banters with President Bola Tinubu after the 2025 budget presentation.

Abbas was seen saying he would come to Lagos to see Tinubu.

He said: “Congratulations sir, we will come and see you in Lagos.”

Tinubu had presented a proposed N47.9 trillion budget to a joint session of the National Assembly for the 2025 fiscal year.

The 2025 budget was tagged ‘The Restoration Budget: Securing Peace, Rebuilding Prosperity’.

In the highlights, Tinubu said N4.91 trillion has been allocated to Defence and Security, while Infrastructure has N4.06 trillion, Education – N3.52 trillion, and Health – N2.48 trillion.

What did u people do with all the budget of this year? Because I can't see any infrastructural development or any empowerment of the youth since the inception of this administration. Yet U people keeping on passing and calling big figures in the name of budget and yet the citizens keep on wallowing in abject poverty.

Both are Yoruba men with family and homes in Lagos... Holiday season officially begins for them this Friday.

They will both be in Lagos for the holidays, and the Senator will obviously visit Bourdillon.

Hahaha you know in Nigeria pidgin when you say I will see you it connotes another meaning only Nigerians understand.
I watched one video online a Nigerian guy was interviewing a foreign lady. The lady loves Nigeria music and Bona boy precisely and she was specific about last last everybody go chop breakfast as her favourite and the guy asked her what she understands about the song and the lady was saying it means everybody will eat breakfast (food) at the end. Which was not the massage of the song.
