I don't really know wats wrong with me but,I've been having frequent wet dreams lately.
Having wet dreams is normal for a guy.....but the problem is its becoming constant.

The most recent one... I woke up and discovered my underwear was fully soaked.

You need to examine yourself. Like after having the dream what happen during the day and if there's any difference between the days you have those dreams and days you did not. Sometimes, these things can be spiritual.

I am going through the comments and I see most of the comments here are psychological suggestions which are not but for a case like yours it has gone beyond psychological. I would advice you go for prayers and counseling especially if you are seeing a particular person or figure doing this to you consistently
