I'll eventually sue Glo for those annoying flash messages and unsolicited SMS. MTN is a learner where Glo is operating in this regard.

That part is very important. The claimant had already complained to the Telco and it was documented and yet, MTN kept sending the messages. Judge referred to it as "unlawful enrichment".

Kudos to the man for fighting this case to this point.

Those screen pop-up messages that immediately activate once you mistakenly click "Yes" or "Okay"?! that's a high-grade fraud. I can't be convinced otherwise.
