The only difference between Aina and Ebuehi then was Argentina friendly match, nothing more....Aina started and fumbled Ebuehi and Idowu in and the game changed...key to Ebuehi and Idowu WC appearance but after that they fizzled out.
Ebuehi didn’t fizzle out, shortly after the World Cup he joined Benfica where he got the first acl

We really have great talents in the Super Eagles. Our problem is how to harness them for better results. I just hope whoever the new incoming coach is, he will be able to fix things right
No we don’t have great talents

I think Aina over Hakimi CURRENTLY. Been the best in that role since the Afcon.

Hakimi has been the best for a while though preceding the Afcon.

He is our Yaya Toure-MF Profile. No midfielder like him in our fold currently.

He started behind the striker today though before being pushed further forward after the striker got subbed out and was at the center of the action indeed even creating a few chances.

Like Nwakali being unique for his DLP profile, Uche is very unique as the closest MF profile to a Yaya Toure I have seen among our lads in the midfield pool home and abroad.
He played behind the striker which saw him more involved in play, giving Getafe more pre-eminence.
Getafe are not doing themselves any good keeping a profile like Uche isolated in the CF role. He needs to be more involved.

This is exactly where I picture him in the Super Eagles if Iwobi features in his wide creator role from the right with another player taking up CM duties and an Onyedika sitting in the CDM role. 3 man midfield setup without Iwobi in the middle but coming from wide right.

Optionally, Uche could also play alongside Iwobi in a 3 man midfield.

Uche's CDM, Box-to-Box and CAM traits make him a truly well rounded midfield player.

It's crazy how we have fine midfield options and some of them being midfielders of unique profiles that can raise the quality of our middle game yet we still struggle.

Chelsea sit second yet for Maresca, they are not in the title race.

Arsenal sit third but Arteta absolutely welcomes the fact thay they are in the title race.

Interesting. Would see where both sides finish at season's end.
