i will go straight to the point.
i bought goods worth 330k from my costomer around the first week of December. i paid him 210k to balance 120k. fast forward today 24th December, i went back to buy another goods and to pay up my balance, i found out that my costomer is dead. i was shocked, very shocked and at the same time confused. i dont know if i should give his collegue the remaining balance( the collegue was not around wen we did the buisness) or i should keep the money. ur bashin and critisism are allowed cry

Bro,was the colleague aware of your transaction with his late colleague?

Cuz,this case get as e take dey .......even if you should give the colleague the balance,the probability that he will personalize it is very high......Which is as the same as you not paying up the balance to him...

On a normal day....I will just tell you to pay the family or colleague cos they will need the money...

..however, if the scenario were different...like he's the one owing you, baba, dead men dont owe or pay debts ooo, you will have to forfeit the money..( dead men don't collect debt either)
....so do wetin dey ur mind as ur conscience carry...unless na wèrèy conscience u get..
