Eyah...I feel your pain. One of the reasons I quit my corporate job to start my own business is 'allergy rhinitis '. This thing embarrassed the hell out of me. Symptoms start unexpectedly and instantly. Very painful experience, I tell you. You can't cure it but you can manage it by knowing what triggers it and avoiding it. Try and consult an ENT doctor, they will give you correct medication that will reduce your symptoms drastically.

Grind them together you can add a little water get a quantity of a bottle water take one shot three times daily. Note I had this Sinusitis few months ago.

The first thing is to make sure your environment is not the cause of it, for example food, etc etc. Once those are eliminated then you can start thinking of a cure.

For me cocoa makes my head want to explode if I take it. Most times anything sickness related is mostly what you imbibe that does not sit well with your body.

Visit ENT specialist clinic

Charges is not that expensive

Sinus infection can be nasty

Apart from headache, you'll probably be having some nasty smell right there

ENT specialist will definitely give yog proper diagnosis and probably prescribe nasal spray for you

Bro forget stories anybody here is telling you. The only solution is to boil hot water and drink it when it's still very warm. Do this first thing in the morning and last thing at night before you go to bed. You know what it does
1. It clears your lungs of accumulated mucus that pushes back to your nasal ways.
2 It flushes anything stuck in your lungs.
3 It helps blood circulation .
I had sinuses for years believe me this thing cleared in less than 2weeks. But you have to be religiously drinking the very warm water. Make sure it's very warm cause it as to burn your chest a little.

There's probably an abscess in that sinus and the pressure effect is what you are feeling. An xray of the sinus would show some air-fluid level or thickening of the linings. So it needs to be drained by the ORL folks. Its a sub-major procedure and would be in the theater. In the meantime use potent analgesics like diclofenac 100mg 2x daily.
Nasal decongestants won't do much. Antibiotics might help if its just plain sinusitis but if there's a purulent buildup, its only a drainage that would help permanently

If goes and comes, mostly due to allergies, check your surrounding what is triggering it.

Take meds and don’t think about it.

Boil ginger, tumeric, cloves, garlic, lemon grass, takes half glass morning and night for at least 5 days to 7 days, u will never see it again, that was what I used to cure myself, u can take diclofenac 100mg one tablet twice daily for the pain. After two days u may not need the diclofenac again.

I have experienced something like this and I spent almost 400k at the hospital, of which it’s just original honey 🍯 and raw garlic 🧄 you need!!! blend the garlic and put It inside the honey. Take One teaspoon everyday for straight three weeks before eating . God bless

If you are in Abuja, may I suggest you visit DURO ENT clinic housed in Zankli medical Center. My son suffered same thing for three years until we visited him and Alhamdu Lillah my son is OK. Hope this helps
