ednut1:This your question is an example of what makes Africans backward. What you know now about the earth and over universe is as a result of these sort of studies by great men of old times. There is so much more to learn that will be available for your generation unborn to meet. This world is a place of so many mysterious wonders. It is same studies and discoveries that makes people fly planes today. That make people sail in ships today. The studies are endless and by the time you are gone you generations might be going to the sun on holidays which is something your era would not meet. Imagine how many of your past fathers and mothers did not meet cars but in your time you have seen cars transform in different ways. By the time you are gone what your generation will see will make all these luxury cars you see be like old school bicycle. |

NothingDoMe:There was a program i watched on Discovery Channel about a NASA mission to study the sun (probably this particular one), and i equally was wondering how the craft avoided getting burnt and melted! Found out theirs a heat protecting shield that gently manoeuvres itself to ensure the craft is shielded from direct exposure to the sun at all times, and that behind the shield it’s a nice warm and toasty 31 degrees or thereabouts! |

ednut1:Discoveries like that are part of the reasons you watch your mojo with high speed Internet with your tiny smartphone with more computational power than the computers that sent the first humans to the moon, in your left palm |

IronCondemned:Bro save yourself of the existential crisis. We're just a mass of carbon with electrical signals firing inside us. You look at a drop of blood and wonder: there are billions of cells in this tiny drop of blood. We're just like those cells. You ever wonder if the earth is like one cell in a larger organism? We're nothing bro and nothing we do matter. We're insignificant. There could be an extinction event on earth today and the universe will continue to flourish. Just enjoy your life as long as you live. When you die, you die. No afterlife, nothing. |

I love your intelligence,,,life is so complex,so we'll arranged, and so we'll organized to be something that just came by chance.just look at what science has told us about the universe, that all the heavenly bodies(the galaxies and planetary bodies in them)are always on the move and yet no collisions among them,it shows that some one more intelligent put all these things in motion IronCondemned: |

The bible says in the end time, knowledge shall multiply. The bible says that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Fear God, believe and obey HIS WORD so that you can have eternal life |
