The pain is out of this world, it feels as if something is breathing in my forehead that is causing extreme pain. I was given antibiotic injection for three days and some drugs..... The drugs just relief me of the pain for some hours then it starts again.

So as the doctor told me and with my research, this infection is chronic (long term) and it been taking a big part of my life. I'm just 20 and I don't know my this is happening to me ... I've been living on pain relief/anti-inflammatory drugs for the past three weeks now .. I'm confused I don't know what to do.

It 2Am now and I can't even sleep😢😢😢😢the pain

You need to be reviewed by an ENT surgeon . There are various management modalities , even surgery .

Mine was worse than this until I saw an EN&T specialist. You will be okay within 24 hours of first day treatment. But you might need to go for surgery if it keeps coming back.

Yes, suffered for over 20yrs until I turn vit c to my daily food to boost my immune system. Use loratadine/Piriton once in a while

2. Keep your surroundings clean at all times

3. Avoid rugs or use nose mask while sweeping

All these inhaler, nasql spray etc, will worsen your case...throw them away

It not yellow... But it more of watery(Catarrh) discharge and it smells bad

Avoid sleeping directly under the fan completely. Ceiling fan, standing fan, table fan and the rest and also avoid dust . You will thank me later

Anyone. I prefer the chew one. It can be orange or white, colour doesn't matter. You can also do natural vit c in oranges, tangerine or grapes

Sinusitis is not curable, you can only manage it

Some people are living with it throughout their lives.

If goes and comes, mostly due to allergies, check your surrounding what is triggering it.

Take meds and don’t think about it.

Medically isn't curable, but herbaly it is.
I was a victim of it for 1yr + spent over 12m+ before I could get a herbal remedy. It's been over 3 yrs now and it's totally gone forever.

Please don't go for any surgery. Don't use any kind of drugs again because it'll damage so many of your organs.

If you still need a cure, intensive garlic intake can destroy that disease. As far as it is biotic, there will be no escape for it.

Moringa leaves soup and tea is very good for respiratory challenges especially asthma. Try it. There's a reason northerners add moriga leaves to almost every food.

Minimum of 5 Capsules before Meal in the morning.
Same thing before you sleep at night.
