Below is the topic and I think it is open for Christians to comment while respecting our religious divides.
An Imam has spoken on the controversial banner at the Lekki Central Mosque in Lagos. The Imam insisted that Jesus is not God and that since Jesus is talked about as a Prophet in the Quran, Christians cannot Monopolize Him afterall there are Moslems who answer Jesus (Isah) as their name.

So they are all right about their feelings

Muslims and imams should know that Jesus is not found anywhere in the Quoran. If they must emphasize on who is God or not let them make use of Isah. Using Jesus is a deliberate provocation.

This is where the problem is. Let your fellow Muslims know that Isah is not God. Dont use Jesus. When Christians write they use Anti-Christ they don't use the name of your prophet.

If you are not you can be impartial in your judgement. Muslims have a historical person called Isah. He had some good attributes. They see him as a prophet. They said his mother was Mariam the sister of Haruna and Musa.
Christians have a historical person they called Jesus. Jesus was the son of Mary. Mary didn't exist at the time of Aaron and Moses.
Jesus is not in the Quoran as Isah is not in the Bible.

In the same bible another book traced him to David from Joseph...

They know what they are doing when they mention 'Jesus' instead of 'Isah'.

If they had used 'Isah', no Christian would bat an eyelid. But when they venture into the territory of Christianity, attacking Christian terminology in a bid to provoke, it's terrorism in its humble beginnings; a step at a time, even as they deny it.

You forget that all of them are related, so this shows the glowriousness and deliberate Mark of God that He put on Jesus Christ that on both parents, His lineage will still land on David as The LORD hath foreSaid!

The bible gives us this lineages because we know how greatly impossible and unlikely this can happen, except God had done it.

By God's Laws aka Natural Law, it states that the "Consent maketh the Law/Consent is the Law"

And God Honours His Law (Natural Law) so He too follows it and applies it.

Thus, when the Angel was respondiing to the Joseph's discovery of Mary's pregnancy, he was also obtaining the consent of Joseph to accept the Seed in Mary.

As you saw with Moses at the burning bush, Joseph could have exercised his right and free will to object.

But Joseph being wise could see that his bethrote was not defiled hence, no harm or evil done and therefore, he consented.

And you can see Jesus was called his son.
