If you are sure of getting much customer,then visit a solar company, tell them what you want to use it for and they will advise you.

And most importantly, after making the initial deposit, you can pay the balance in instalment

Your best bet is to analyze what you need. Some of what you need:
1. Battery (which gulp the major part of the money cos na him dey expensive pass)
2. Solar panel (the ratings you go for would depend on how you plan to run the business in terms of timing. Like, you would be using the ba3 to charge phones pending when the sun peak cos you are assured that your panel will charge your ba3 faster in shorter time)
3. Inverter (a 1kva inverter should suffice for a start)
4. Since your budget is lean, you might not be going for inverter with embedded charge controller, so you need charge controller
5. Wires and socket outlet.
