All the foods you called deadly, if i see them now, I swear i will be rejoicing as the hunger I'm facing now is unbearable. Even GMO sef is welcome. Yes that's how bad it has become. I rather eat what's available than die of hunger.

Op, you ought to have been more specified. Fatty meats are bad no doubt, but stop misleading people about innocent Amala. Nah Amala & Ewedu with goat meat I still chop this Afternoon. No be everybody dey chop Fatty Meats. Ewedu is even nutritious for the body well - it’s a very strong immune booster! Infact, if you can, whenever you wake up in the morning, just like you do drink a cup of water, you can drink a cup of Ewedu like that ( Steam and make it warm small). It’s highly medicinal for the body..

Regarding the Suya, you’re right tho. I no dey chop cow meat Suya. I only eat Gizzard, chicken Suya & inside meat Suya ( Saaki, Abodi, Fuuku etc).

As for Akara, I fancy the one fried with palm-oil compare to vegetable oil..

Shawarma, Puffpuff, Chinchin... I no dey chop ham! Shawarma is one deadly food many people don’t know about..

MSG is not unhealthy. Check very well. MSG used for cooking is far better than ordinary salt health-wise.

OP, you're right. In fact part of my goal for the new year is to reduce excessive consumption of those things you listed. It may not be easy but it is possible.

We should stop eating then, and be drinking only water.

Save for the puff-puff and suya (reasons being the model of preparation), every other food on that list in completely healthy.

Fat from meats is completely healthy, same with fat from FRUIT oil.

The only oil or fat that is not healthy is SEED oils. Thank you.
