Very good.
Good morning CaptainFM1
So I got the MXQ Pro which came with 4gb ram,128gb and android 11 two days ago. Had to return it cos the Netflix that came with it is outdated and not working. I downloaded one from apkmirror and it wasn't compatible, and I can't find it on playstore.
I saw your comments on using X88 pro for years now.I want to get it,but my question is;
1). Can you download and install Netflix and say showmax from playstore?
2). The pre-installed apps,do they enable you update them?
Thanks sir.

Yes you can install all apps you find on playstore on the device. The MXQ pro is good too. Once you log into playstore, all pre-installed apps that's not working can be updated or better re downloaded to overwrite the pre-installed apps.

Anything and everything you can do with your android phone can be done on the android box. If you have a wireless keyboard, it will make it easier and convenient to even use the system as a home computer.

My X88Pro network time and date recently stop updating resulting to limited Internet connection. Anytime I on it, I will have to keep setting date and time before it will connect.
How can I fix this problem without factory reset?

It's a network problem generally encountered by all devices including windows. If the network is super fast, the clock will correct almost immediately, but unfortunately it's not feasible. If you wait few minutes, the time will eventually reset but if you can't wait, you will have to do it manually, unfortunately!

Laptops do the same thing too.

Seems manual settings all the time is the only solution now or factory reset. I don't think it will automatically set if I wait.

When that happens, disable Wi-Fi and slide it back to enable. Once the network is connected, the date will be set.

Otherwise, do manually.

I have tried disabled and enabled option, even played around the developer option to see if I can get some settings there. I still checked YouTube and found one video that talked about ADB shell linked to developer optionsas one of the solutions which I tried, still didn't work. Most videos I watched talked about backup and factory reset
Let me still be managing the manual settings.

You can download movies from theMovieGuy website
https://themovieguy.net
you can also join their telegram page from movie updates https:///themovieguyofficial … the great thing about this website is you can search for any movie you’ve ever been looking for and if the download link is not there yet, you will be able to hit a request button and they will upload it and you will receive an email it as been uploaded

Hi boss, thank you very much for your contributions on this thread, i am in d market to get a tv and i will follow your advice. Was thinking of getting a smart tv before but will go for smart box now. Please which box are you currently using? Also, please do you know if there are 50 or 55 inch basic tvs? i have been researching and all options i kept seeing are smart and expensive, i want to go for basic to save cost then buy the smart box.

Any TV that has HDMI connection will do. I'm not sure if they're still making those early generations (i.e "TV without smart"wink. But if you do get any smart TV, you can just ignore the smartness by not connecting the TV itself to the Internet and use the box instead.

Thanks, i was thinking that if i can get a 55 inch basic tv it would be more affordable than a smart one. which smart box should i go for?
