Saraki brought world class jwara diagnostics center, even UITH refer patient there for test.

Saraki brought an aviation school to ilorin, he upgraded the airport to international airport though I can't confirm if it still retains the status now, but No gov in Nigeria dead or alive has created an aviation flying school/acade.y in his state.

Saraki brought Jay Z, Didier drogba, Morinho and other world notable celebrities to Kwara state, No gov has outpaced that feat till today...
