Pls help I don't know what happening to me!

I had jock itch two weeks ago so I started applying visita plus and then...

one day I didn't have soap because I haven't bought so I use detergent to bath so in the process I scrubbed my groin

The detergent injured my balls and it was so painful, when I left the bathroom and I checked my groin all the jock itch areas where pilled of and only sores where there

They weren't painful only the place my sponge injured, I kept rubbing the jock itch place but it wasn't healing up or clearing

I've bought ketoconazole to take and stopped rubbing the cream but now little rash is appearing everywhere around my groin

I'm very frustrated because I haven't had unprotected sex for 7 months and everything I've done has been with condom, I haven't even had protected sex recently for 1 months plus

Pls what can be the cause of this? Pls no insults I just need a cure pls

You have to shave your groin area. Keep it very clean and wear free boxers to allow air inside. Do this for one week and you will see noticeable changes.
Note: if you feel any itch, don't scratch it.

Apply benzyl benzoate to the affected parts. Is this your first time of experiencing this itching?

Avoid wearing tight boxer or walk in the sun to avoid sweating. Sleep naked in the night and don't use sponge to scrub the place again. It will dry up and vanish within 5 days.

The little boils could be caused by heat, but if it bring out pus, then could be infections.

However,go and look for sheer butter and start applying it...if would stop all the itching and help restore all the skin back to normal.

Alternatively,powder can help too...sheer butter would help better.
