This is encouraging

I don't need to watch the video. But with the quoted amount of money and with the roof and the compound floor I see on the image, that house was probably built more than 7 years ago unless the builder used stolen materials and only paid for labour.

as of last year, that material was about ₦6,800 per square meter. And that house might be about between 550 and 600 square metre. That's about 3 to 4 million.

He is right, he isn't discouraging anyone here.....9m can't build so a house, especially now.....except it's a room nd parlour self con or perhaps 9m naira without other finishing like tiles, toiletries, electric cables etc.
