Hahahah. Reasonable number of the products coming from China are from companies owned by Americans. They moved their production/factory to China because of cheap labour.. They can't sanction their own products

China, south Africa and Dubai have a law whereby any foreign company coming in must partner an indigene to get govt approval. For SA at least, 30% of the company must be owned by black SA indigene. Even books cannot be sold in Chinese bookshelves if the author or co-author is not Chinese. So whether American companies or not, Chinese are empowered to takeover in the long run under these arrangements. Chinese are not fools

Russia at the moment are focusing on military technology to be able to defend their vast natural resources rich territory against US and NATO who are working for the disintegration Russia federation.

America only started waging semi conductor war against china of recent ie less than 4 years ago especially after china started launching Mac 6 and supersonic missiles and fighter jets which are similar to America's best. America has hated Russia from the onset because Russia overtook the US many decades ago in nuclear, space and rocket technologies. They even pioneer these space. America would not have hated china if china restricted itself to consumer goods but America only hates you when you start matching them in nuclear, space, rocket or even defense technologies
