It's still a good idea to cross check with a (knowledgeable) GP in the case where one has a diagnosis of a chronic condition as there are several conditions that qualify for medical exemption even when not clearly stated.

Elon is just a manipulator taking advantage of far-right ideologies to bully his way into political influence. When he's done he will start shouting about the shortage of engineers and skilled workers to advance his business interests. Just pity those who see him as their savior to advance their desire to chase all those they don't like or want out of their country and right now many of them are confused and can't just understand what the hell is going on
