The Landmark guy is just crying wolf. You can never claim ownership of a beach in the class of Atlantic ocean. For the fact that some family are claiming beach area of Lagoons and lakes doesn't mean that the real owner (FG) can't take it over at any time they deemed fit.

Yeah I went to landmark one month ago. It’s a shame what happened to that place. By annexing that beach access the place was turned to a mall and not even a well architectured mall. People stopped going and the shops are empty, everyone looked depressed and I was battling many flies in the KFC there. The place is dead. Place looks wretched. Has a DEAD vibe. Such a shame but that’s Lagos for you. It will chew you up and spit you out and collect all your money. Lagos is like that bottomless pit of money collection . Where is all this money disappearing into ?
