Right now, every shop attendant/driver/security has O level in Nigeria unlike before when it was enough for a secretarial/clerk job. Almost everyone now has a HND/B.Sc and in 15 years time, B.Sc will be basic requirement for shop attendant/driver/security.

In 40-50 years, it will be the turn of Masters degree.

Forty to fifty years? Are you sure you're existing in the same Nigeria we all know? Because even as we speak, hundreds of thousands of Masters Degree holders are jobless in Nigeria and willing to settle even for the simplest of jobs for daily survival.

The mistake people make is thinking academics somehow entitles you to wealth without getting your hands dirty. When in a actual fact, academic qualifications are supposed to aid production

1.the Chinese has a large Population of almost 1.45 Billion People,just like Total African Population of 1.3 Billion,but unlike Africa,the Chinese are not Fragmented like we have Togo, Zambia,Malawi,etc,but still same Africa - China is China and they have been saying it ' One China Policies '
2.they are advanced -in Science, Technology,Space Engineering, Super Industrial Development - built around all the Country,unlike Africa that is still very - Far from Industrialization.e.g we don't even have Lights regularly!
3.Chinese Govt-fight Corruption with everything in them, even if you are a Billionaire,the moment you are identified with Corruption- they killed the Fellow by firing squad,unlike Africa 🌍 or Nigeria that can't fight Corruption or Criminalities.
4.Chinese Rules -is Authoritarian State, nothing like Democracy e.g- Na One Man Show,for China.
5.Despite the shortcomings in the Chinese ruling Govt- they are very Patrotic -and that is how they stole all the Western Secrets - by transferring them to their Home Govt!
6.they are always Pushing for New Products,New Innovation,New Opportunities,New Adventures,e.g going to the Space and Moon, becomes their Priorities,etc,and they have a very Productive Economy.
- this is where Nigeria should Copy from Chinese - by using your Population to Your Advantages.
•The Indian Govt is doing that too- by utilising their 1.46Billion People( that is another Continent) of their own!
•Unlike Nigeria that is bodge down with- Ethnicity, Tribalism, Religious -by our leaders,e.g how can you be Carrying Nigerian Money 💰 to other Countries every year or under the banner of Annual Pilgrimage?
-Let Prigmage be done on Private level - don't involved Govt- but is done here in Nigeria - for Corruption purposes- for many of this Funds are never accounted for by the Officials .
•How do you want the Country to develop? But some people in Nigeria are deeply involved, including traditional rulers! Chinese don't do that!
•Nigeria should seriously embark on Industrial Productivity - to produce - Food, Science, Technology,Space Explorations and Engineering,by involving quality Education -.
