fastseo:If you do SEO and you don't know that ChatGPT is not reliable when it comes to facts then you are a great danger to your clients! The most significant disadvantage of ChatGPT is that the information it compiles is not always accurate. This drawback is especially detrimental in academic publishing; after all, progress depends on sharing appropriate information. Presenting incorrect data in a scientific setting carries a great risk of harm. For example, research influences how personal and community health concerns are treated and managed. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10028016/ The debate is useless at this point as you have shown a willingness to manipulate data and misrepresent reports even though I have shown you even from your own sources that the reversion concerns only kilometres 16 - 25. Why you persist with the lie is a mystery. |

SmartyPants:I make use of ChatGPT-5. Its a machine ai that learn from our interaction, processes it n give feedback. ChatGPT output is not an academic sources nevertheless it can process academic research papers if you know how to use it. Current version could summarise pdf files, academic journal etc and give you accurate information.. The only limitations it has now is that it hasn't been granted full access into academic library. The day it is allowed in.. Then it will produce reliable academic paper. Remember its a machine and ita accuracy still depends on your usage. Don't tell me u are slow to process this pictorial evidence from thisday

Umuinyioku:And the truth is what aligns with your definition of what you think it is? Do you see how retrogressive and myopic you are? Mr Standard for Truth who gets pained when I submit facts to challenge their delusions. Please stop reading and commenting on what I post on Nairaland. You have not shown me you have the capacity to challenge my submissions with superior arguments beyond telling a satanic lie to yourself that I am defending the establishment for pecuniary gains. If that is your motivation, PLEASE do not paint me with the same dirty brush you paint yourself. Until your intellect is at a level to comprehend things, avoid me. |

Nothing concerns me about how much it cost, but saying he wasn't compensated is what I'm concerned about cause I watch the compensation program live on NTA last year. How come he's not compensated ? |

My contribution here is very simple. A hard working man making ends meet through an honest day job/living, should never be subjected to this level of contempt and abuse by a man whose whole life is based on politics and looting. Nigerians wake up to your oppressors. |

Paul came from the UK after a long career working for investment companies across the world. He brought his savings home to invest and maybe to retire too. Nobody gave him any help or anything freee. He paid millions of dollars for the land to the Oba of that area, who sold him the land. He bought the land because it would be good for his hospitality business that he wanted to start. He poured money into developing the beach and the pipeline work etc. He constructed the buildings there. All from one man pocket that have never held any political office or had help from government. Y should somebody just come abandon the original route demolish his business and then return to the original route on the plan. That was deliberate act of sabotage and pure wickedness. All the time he begged, they knew that sea cable were on that beach but pretended, oonly after demoolishing his business did they then say because sea cable are on the beach we wil not demolish the other yoruba owned premises but rather return to original plan. God in heaven is still on his throne and will judge the living and the dead. Lagos fun seekers patronise alternative beaches as popular resort is demolished |

Many of you are getting the little you have today because of Nigeria. Once this country break, you are done, because your reasoning is so poor that your Elite will practically enslave you and you will die for them like fools. Today, oil and gas from Igboland is sustaining everybody and that is y u can talk. Yet, all u can say is nonsense. |

Is Tinubu God? Is Tinubu above the law? President is an office, u are their today gone tomorrow. The evil you do, is what they will use to remember you after u are gone. The time there is very short, Buhari 8 years look like he was never there. Make una try dey get sense this 2025. |

Emperordynasty:Bought it from who? Who told you FG sells water fronts in the class of Atlantic ocean. If he truly bought it as claimed he should the Federal government. But I am very sure FG don't sell water fronts. Even those that bought within estates that has lagoons still needs FG (NIWA) approvals before development. E.g. those within VGC, Osborne Offshore and the likes. Be as it may, do you think any Nigerian will be happy that someone bought Bar beach? It is height of corruption and any things goes. You can't buy what is not for sale and outlawed. If you think he had acted right he should sue the Federal government and not emotional black. The law is about fact as it not emotive. |

Tinubu came in and just started demolishing people homes, putting entire families on the street and children on the street on school nights. Then he went out of his way to demolish this man business. These things are never forgotten, as Black people such things are unforgiveable regardless of tribes or religion. U just dont try such on your fellow human. U are going into a house to sleep at night with your own children but demolish another person own. |

There are lines you do not cross. There are limits. You can have your fights and settle but you do not go to mass demolish homes and target businesses that are giving people employment and hope in this life. |

Mrexcell:The land for the resort? Or the beach? The $13m was spent where? On the beach or resort? Is this different from the $200m initial being peddled around? The fact as we know it right now is that the resort is still standing, only the beach is no more, so where exactly did he suffer the loss. He should negotiate with the govt to secure the new beach being formed, and build a tunnel to link his resort to the beach, instead of this unnecessary complaint. |

After Landmark beach they stopped the demolition and rememebered that undersea cable passed through the beach. All the time he begged, they knew that sea cable were on that beach but pretended, oonly after demoolishing his business did they then say because sea cable are on the beach we wil not demolish the other yoruba owned premises but rather return to original plan. The premises next door were unaffected. Lagos fun seekers patronise alternative beaches as popular resort is demolished |
