Now see what you will do to solve your problem.

1. From today make sure you don’t drink or eat anything that has sugar in it. No juice, no beer and soft drinks. Note that you will do this for at least 6 months.

2. Go to any nearby hospital and check your blood sugar level. Make sure you do not eat or drink any liquids before running the test. If your sugar is above 140 to 200 level then there is high sugar in your blood

3. Make unripe plantain your swallow and eat more beans and egg everyday. Stop eating rice for now.

4. Eat one apple and cucumber after every meal.

5 Make sure you take 45 minutes brick walk after dinner. This means you must take your dinner before 7pm to be able to walk before you sleep.
