The problem is always foundational, it must start from somewhere more reason the quality of folks/beings we have roaming our streets have nothing to write home about.

Sending over 750,000 in less than 2 years to his parents is too low. Let's assume there are 24 months in 2 years,...
ie.. 24mnths ÷750,000 =31,250
That means he sent 31,250 every month to his parents. Bad boy

Stealing from oga is as old as humanity. Stealing is a human trait and has nothing to do with good or bad governance.
I remember one time an apprentice used to donate microphones to church, I called him aside one day to ask him how he made the money to buy those microphones, he said he used to making profit from sales in his oga shop. It has been like 10 years he has gotten freedom but the oga business is down presently
