Nawa oo sad

We could apply this same question to the OG coaches. What had they "achieved as a coach" before their appointment with Nigeria?
"achieved as a coach"was a replied to a moniker who see others as haters for expressing their opinions.

Thank you.I just don't know why calling people haters cuz of their opinions.....What has Chelle achieved as a coach in his career?nothing but here we are bringing different theories just to support his appointment

Chelle need to prove he is the man for the job, nothing more.
the truth is the strong opposition to his appointment is racially motivated

Yes many see it as insult employing a Malian forgetting that football is beyond racial discrimination.

First of all, my point on Libya was about an NFF internal administrative/diplomatic issue, which I saw lapses and believe we can do better. It has nothing to do with the actions of Libya. If you can understand the bolded, you will know that CAF ruling has no relation to my point made.

My point was that we could be more diplomatic and assisting. CAF ruling was on the poor treatment metted out on us by Libya.

How can you relate them?

On Chelle's case, NFF announced Mc Oran's coach as ours, when he has not terminated his contract with them. How you can't see something wrong in that is also baffling.

Unless there is information missing, Eric Chelle is still Mc Oran's coach. He has not terminated his contract with them and he has not signed for us. Why is the NFF announcing him as our coach? They should have concluded with all parties, Chelle sign the contract, then announce him.
Everything centered on the clause.... without that clause NFF would not have made the announcement.

From reports, Eric Chelle has not signed for us. He has reached an agreement with the NFF. Until contradicting news comes out, I do not see the need to rush to announce him.

Nothing vindicated NFF. Libya was guilty from the start and I never in anyway attributed Libya's action to Nigeria. My point was an administrative issue.

Concerning Chelle, please it is not a perfect job. Things should have been ironed out with Mc Oran before the announcement. Diplomacy is not too much to ask.
I agree with you on this the GJ!!! If the report is true, proper thing to do I to have the coach already sign for us before making announcements especially with what happened with Labbadia.

But the Malian na black man na. I call it self hate. Anyway, as far as this thread is concerned the issue has been more about his records. Na this same thread we dey when people criticized Peseiro-s appointment. Na the sane energy I dey use for Chelle. Check my record here

What has he achieved in my context is that people have every right to express their opinions on him.....no one should be seen as hater cuz of Chelle
Sure. People are well within their right to question his appointment. In fact that is the more natural reaction. On the other hand, I feel in the midst of our scepticism, let's give him a chance.

Personally and like Truidstarr said my attitude is to give everyone a chance (since no be me dey appoint or fire coaches) until they misperform. I supported Finidi, he was a colossal failure. I supported Eguavoen, he was a mix bag, neither here nor there. I will support Chelle and wait to see what he comes to.

I don’t even know where the racial excuse is even coming from, Questions are being asked about his pedigree and experience but folks think it’s because he’s not a white man. One just needs to ignore some opinions here I tell you. Whether white or black am not sold on the guy and can never be. If he performs thanks to the nff for improving his cv. That’s all

on this thread it’s been about his competence but on social media it has been ‘ordinary Mali’

what exactly are you trying to say? Even if he manage to qualify us for the World Cup and also win Afcon he still won’t be your cup of tea?

According to sofascore, The average of the SE last 5 matches; we averaged:

Corner kicks and Freekicks combined: 16.2 per match.
We did not convert a single one. This set piece coach Chelle is coming with is very much needed.

Super Eagles have the perfect personnel to convert setpieces but the knowledge is never prioritized. We need our own Nicholas Jover abeg.

Exactly. Let the man just prepare himself. I don't want another Finidi cos Finidi was overwhelmed by the brand status of the SE. If Chelle is not a confident person, then e don shelle be that oo.
