The Ike Uche tactics thing was never countered by Uche. It was not a hidden point. The caching crew made it clear that was why he was dropped. He got recalled based on pleas.

Ike Uche was not about complain he wanted Villarreal way against the coaches philosophy. No excuse for that.
How would you guys believe such ridiculous claim 😲 ike Uche a professional footballer played for gatafe before going to villareal would want Osaze, emenike, Musa and all to play villareal way and abandon their individual club way 🤦‍♂️. That's exactly what you guys are saying.

Doesn't remove anything from how shitty they were at the last CHAN.

They should put their silver medal on the table.

The assistant coach who was there has told you what happened has told you what happened. The point was about how Uche wanted to play and not how Osaze or Emenike.

You can argue but the person directly involved has told you what happened.

Finito.

I don't think is right trying to demotivate people from contributing to the thread. You don't know a thing about him. So mocking him in anyway is purely out of ignorance.

Oya if Lampard and Rooney be black wetin go dey....
I’m not saying it’s easy but my point is if you are aspiring coach as a black man will you rather seat down and cry or get down to work and make the best of your career? Besides there are black coaches in France, at least I know Antoine Kamboure ex-PSG coach he has coached several team in the French league

TheGoodJoe:
That is one of the reasons I am supporting Vincent Kompany. I believe him succeeding can open ways for more black coaches to get trust.

For instance, just checking, a whole Kolo Toure is assistant coach for Manchester City U16s. cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

As in, a whole Kolo Toure, captain of Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal. grin grin grin grin

Miami fashie this thing. cheesy cheesy cheesy

Laugh is choking me.

Kolo Toure has a UEFA Pro License and UEFA Executive Masters and is doing assitant work in academy. Someone that was coaching in Celtic, Leicester City, Wigan.
Kolo was poor as a coach, if he’s sure of his talent he can try outside England. Viera have coached France America England and now Italy, there are few black men in sport management so it’s normal to have very few coaches

humility33:
Kolo once got a top job with Wigan but he malperformed that was about 2 seasons ago .
He couldn't deliver on the job, the loosing streak continued and that was how he lost the job .
I agree with the chances are slim but they come once in a while and it is something that should be grabbed with both hands
this is what I’m saying, try to make something out of the opportunity you get, we can’t keep crying without putting in the work
