Very unfair stat and false scale.
What are the exchange rates and different other factors?
Years ago when $1=N300, the stat would've shown us paying perhaps the highest $perGB but with fallen value of Naira, we pay far more yet looks like we're paying the least.

The government does us bad but to crown it all, citizens go all out to defend these things with unfair stats, twisting facts and other possible means. Even if some of you have sworn never to see good in your own life and generation, why not pity unborn generations?
Why does a typical black man naturally defend backwardness, bad governance, corruption etc? Why?

Shame!
Don't worry they will bring it down 100%

OK, on MTN that i use i know you can roll unused data over sha
Yeah you roll unused data by doing the same subscription.

They are milking us dry. Save with DStv, it's based on prepaid, until you exhaust it before you renew but in Nigeria it is monthly, you exhaust it wether you use it or not. They are making mad profit regardless of increasing the tariff or not. It's just another scheme to make more money while the masses suffer.

So you know?

See I will never blame the telecom industries, do you know how much these people spend to keep one mast running.

They don't use our normal Nepa light to operate, they use generators, like a generator running for a week and all that.

This is as a result of maladministration and all that, let the government and the people get their shit right first, then we can talk.
oga go and update your dilapidated knowledge!

Almost all mast are using solar panels and there are shared infrastructure! (Glo, mtn and Airtel will be managing the same mast)

Given that it's working, why change in 2031? Simply alter the damn constitution and discard tenure limit so that the good times should keep rolling since emilokan is the best thing to happen in this corn3 after SW discovered super dark amala and ewedu.

Always include the minimum wage in these countries to give a clear picture. Don't just throw figures about.

Compare your prices with the minimum wage.

Omo.... This is sad ..

With the high inflation and economic crisis under this silly government, increasing calls and data tariff should never be a consideration this moment.
Indeed..
They shouldn't increase their tariff whilst everyone else is jacking their prices to high heavens, including you.
Dey play.

It's very appalling o...

They will bring stats just to justify policies that affect them negatively....

I just wander how people think!

If we do a poll about Nigerian youths .... How many people earn 200k per month to conveniently buy data and other daily necessities in Nigeria? The number is very low!

But they are quick to quote stats comparing Nigeria to other countries!

How about minimum wage let's see how we fair and see which countries can afford these increase the most...

Then you see how low your county rank?

See I don't have a problem with the increase but increase minimum wage so that people can afford basic necessities

NOTE: THIS WAS WHEN $1 = #400
