Reapply and address everything stated already.

As I said, only two issues.

Fix certain amount immediately for a period that will coincide with the travel date.

Let's assume you want to reapply in June, 2025 and travel in July, 2025 for summer, fix about ₦5m or more for 7 months, with maturity date being July 2025

Then keep your salary account clean that from January Salary, deposit in the account from company must read Salary and nothing more, then use another account for personal runs.

Do a cover letter to address the refusal and reference it and state in the letter that the amount you fixed is what you're using to fund the trip, as you've fixed it ahead of travel time. However, let the balance in the account after six months still be able to cover about ₦4m need for the trip. Naira salary account should have about ₦7million

Fix deposit certificate to be used as well

Good luck

Just clean the account
God bless you so much for taking out time to explain
I really appreciate
The description comes as "June 2024 net pay ABC LTD". I believe this isn't bad? Also when you said other account for personal runs, can I be spending a specific amount for my monthly expenses from the salary account?

Can I use treasury bill in place of fixed deposit?
Also, after the funds have been liquidated back to the account, yoh mean I should still use the certificate or apply for the visa before the fixed deposit matures?
Pls I don't understand 🙏

I think if you are refused visa with the UK twice and it’s a visit visa, and you do not visit another country, if you come back again they might also refuse you..
If you really have the money like you claim then try another country and next application note it that though you didn’t give me the visit last time but see oooo I visited this country and I enjoyed my stay there and I spent my money there. The Officer will know that this one is a true visitor and he or she has the liquid cash.

Try view my post around November 28 or 29, 2024 on what I used.

I used 5 months Statement.

It was super clean

Only month deposit is Salary with description Salary

Expenses was even 40% of salary, yet it was not an issue, may be cos of my travel history, cos I'm the last 10 years, I've visited 10 different countries.

I'm travelling again in April just for about 3 days. To enter on Thursday, spend Good Friday and Easter Monday, then return on Tuesday Morning after Easter. Just deliberately to ensure I use the visa twice, si I can apply for 2 or 5 years.

Visa processes now getting tighter especially for Nigerians
Just to add. It is not compulsory to use a UK visa. In fact, it is more desirable if you don't use it. To them, it shows you have more important things to do and you are not desperate. Enjoy your vacation!

I am applying for UK visit visa for myself and 2 kids, please, should I still fill application form for each of them or will I just indicate that I am travelling with them?
Please your answer will be very helpful to us.
One form per person. Fees paid individually when you submit form.

From net pay ABC LTD in January, spend altogether say N200,000 in small units
Do that till june or July

Make sure no other funds enter that account

If you need to do other things, use another account that you would not be submitting

40% of your salary then
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by b31164707: 1:13pm On Jan 15, 2025
As long as you're not spending up to 50% of your monthly salary, I believe you should be fine. This implies that every month you should have at least 50% of your monthly income as disposable income to be in a good position.

You have £2500 billed for the UK travel as per your last application, she is saying you have such an amount and should consider other countries- too to show them you are not desperate and are truly going for a holiday and to avoid packing more refusals.

Doesn't matter.

What you should show is that you had the money months ahead of travel and it was fixed for the travel. So it doesn't have to be kept in your account

When people comment just as you've done, first we know their level of thinking. More importantly we know how far they've gone. Most importantly, we definitely know they lack experiential knowledge.

There are certain things I just can't say online publicly but I tell you the land has been very good to me

Hiw can u come to the UK without funds to sustain you for at least 3 to 4 monthshuh When we tell you it's not easy in the UK you people will never listen. Don't worry your eye go soon clear.[/quote]

Hi Please

Suddenly the reason for the refusal is that company is not found on CAC, and I have no rights to appeal. it even stated that they considered interviews from applicant and sponsor, but non of that happened

Please any idea what we need to do next?

(modified): I have also confirmed that CAC's website is on maintenance mode and searches are now failing

Good morning, everyone. If you're applying for a visa for the first or second time after a previous denial, please ensure that the budget you provide in your application is reasonable and not excessively high compared to your monthly salary.

For example, if your monthly salary is between 750,000 and 1 million Naira, do not list a budget of 3,000 GBP, 4,000 GBP, or 5,000 GBP for one week, even if your savings can cover those amounts! The authorities want to ensure applicants are not budgeting more than three times their monthly income. I've seen several visa denial emails in this forum from applicants who provided budgets that were far too high in relation to their monthly earnings.

A more reasonable budget (excluding accommodation but including flights) for someone with a monthly salary between 750,000 and 1 million Naira, traveling for about a week, should typically fall between 2.1 million Naira and 2.9 million Naira (roughly 1,100 GBP to 1,500 GBP), with the total including accommodation and flights around 2,000 GBP.

However, I've noticed that certain factors may be overlooked by visa officers for applicants with a strong travel history over the past 10 years. For example, I know someone whose monthly salary was in the 400,000 Naira range last year, and he budgeted 2,000 GBP for about a week or less in London, including accommodation and flights, which is obviously quite high compared to his salary. However, this person had traveled to the UK six times in the last 10 years, as well as to Botswana, South Africa, Portugal, and other countries, which strengthened his application.

Additionally, if any transaction reversals appear as credits in your salary account due to incorrect debits, please provide a detailed explanation in a cover letter. This includes even small amounts, such as 5,000 Naira. If possible, also include supporting documentation, such as an email confirmation from the person who processed the reversal, stating that these credits resulted from transaction reversals.

Better safe than sorry.
