This government is ten times worse than the Shagari government, nothing to write home about, nothing good van come out of it,always pain, pain, and pain, that is why it is presently called T-pain. If the pain is not coming from electricity tariff, it is will be petrol, if it is not petrol, then it will be school fees for higher institutions, what about minimum wage?that one is as old as Nigeria itself. The case of Nigeria is really monkey dey work, baboon dey chop,I just pity the idiots who voted this clueless old good for nothing old men,if this party and politicians win in 2027,they shoukd just conduct international burial ceremony for Nigeria period.however let them continue to increase everything, those who by virtue of tribe, party, religion voted, they will all collect 100%,no wayo, the pain is enough to go round. |

YeyeGbami:You data is meaningless unless you plot a graph of the ratio of minimum wage to the cost of data in each country, then we know if the price is cheap or expensive. EXAMPLE 0.5 litres of bottled water in USA is about $1.5 USD 0.5 litres of bottled water in Nigeria is about N200 =$0.13 USD You would be wrong in stating that bottled water is dead cheap in Nigeria Minimum wage in USA is an average of $10 per Hour (for an 8 hour shift would be $80) and for 20 day month would be = $1600 per month Minimum wage in Nigeria is N70,000 per month= $43.75 USD per month So, doing the mathematics, 1. A US citizen earning minimum wage of $1600 can buy $1600/$1.5 = 1,066 number of bottled of water with his income 2. A Nigerian earning Minimum wage of N70,000 can buy N70,000/N200 = 350 number of bottled of water with his income So, in which country is bottled water more expensive? |

TenQ:OK agreed, minimum wage is not where it suppose dey. Should the telecos continue running loss too, so they can eventually lay off workers? |

YeyeGbami:Who determines if they are running at a loss? Has any independent agency audited their business expenses and liabilities to justify if they are actually making loses? Until then, we are at their mercy because it is a monopoly of a few. |

YeyeGbami:Fish brain?, all this countries economy are stronger and more developed than Nigeria. Nigeria is big for nothing where people earns less 50 dollars per month: not even Ghana earns such low income . South Africa minimum wage is about $250 like say 400k while Naija is less than $45 or about 70k. |
