Alagba lived in the Ogbomoso palace in Oyo state and died in 2019 at the age of 344 years.

The tortoise was an endless tourists' interest.

If only the government can step in to rescue this turtle, it just might survive somewhere in Nigeria for another hundred years, earning small revenue like Alagba.
