I saved one young man on 19th December 2007 and got a shot from an ak47 on a close range by armed robbers at Ayingba. They took his car but we escaped.Still limping from injuries I sustained from the shot. Thank God for my life.

You deserved a national award.
Guy, well,I didn't do it to get reward fa! How could someone gift you a car because you did what you have to do? The one day I spent with him in the hospital was not stressful because it was a private hospital. I thank God and I was motivated.

I am used to people who constantly reward me Eil for good. So I had to go back to Lagos.

Thanks anyways

Hmmm... Mine happened just last week when I was in my shop, the shop is just meters away from the road.
While enjoying Christ Tomlin on my phone na so I heard a crashing noise outside and what followed was kids shouting La I la ilalahu.... I rushed out at once... I saw a little girl of four flat on the tarred road with her head and face covers with hijab, she was run over by a bike man on high speed.
I picked her up.... Oh God, the baby was going already, I was confused on what to do and no adults nearby just me.
I said no God a child cannot die in my hands this year.
I shouted at her to open her eyes....but she did it just a bit and started closing again..and this girl was just moaning slowly and her body was already weak and hospital is not close by.
Na so I keep shouting begging her not to close her eyes.. I used cold water to pour on her head and also wash her face that was when this girl began to open her eyes properly.
Well, to the glory of God after drinking water she was ok but she was later rushed to hospital by her parents.

She and ten of her siblings were on their way to islamia.

I cried like a baby for a baby I don't even know.

Doctors in the house what can one do in a situation like this?

I am not a doctor or nurse I only operates a parent medicine store.
I saved a child too during the raining season. I will save it God that saved him, a 6 years old boy was speeding fast on a deep-cutter erosion, I was inside my shop when I heard a woman who also had a show at d upper end of the street shouting in the rain that a child was being whisked away by the flood. The rain was really heavy and cutters was filled to it brim, if you see the speed at which the child was being carried by the flood you will fear Erosion! I was the one that heard the woman's should as everyone else was hiding in various shops cos of the rain, I quickly ran into the cutter, there's a final spot where the slab made shop owners ended, I waiter for the child there inside the cutter. Less than 3 seconds the child was in my hands as I bend down to catch him like a goal keeper bending to catch a fast approaching and rolling ball on the floor. I was soaked. The parents couldn't hide thier tears of joy. If the child had missed the final spot where I waited, there's no way the boy could have been rescued again, it's straight to the borrowpit!!!!

In my case, I was the protagonist. It was raining one Saturday afternoon, and I was trying to catch some sleep when I heard the piercing cries of a neighborhood kid.

I raced out to know what was happening and was met with a gory sight of a three year old bleeding from his head. It turned out that he fell and hit his head on the concrete slab in front of the apartment. I wondered for a moment why he was out in the rain.

Immediately, I reached for a rag and tried to stop the bleeding, to no avail. Without further ado, I swooped on him and rushed him to the nearest pharmacy. We were told the wound was very deep and needed a stitch.

We ended up in the hospital and the kid's dad joined us later. When the nurses stitched him up, they didn't put him under anaesthetic and I almost ran mad watching the gory scene, and the pains the kid endured.

One year later, I was passing by when I heard him telling some of his friends that I was the person that took him to a hospital when he fell down. I was moved by his words and was flattered at the same time.
you did so well. God bless you for that!

Yea well that was in my uni days ,I went to visit my girlfriend as she was cooking outside the house ..I pleaded with her to go inside and cook in the tiny kitchen she had ,that I wasn't comfortable outside..well she obeyed me and went inside and locked the iron door ..within minutes armed robbers entered the compound and robbed every one outside and those that didn't close their door ..they even shot someone in the back that time....if we were outside they would have robbed us
you appeared to be a God sent at the time. Showed how clean your heart was

Yes! I didn't see but heard.

Years back, my auntie and her family were travelling from Port Harcourt to Enugu. Along the way, her little daughter (of less than 2 years) she was carrying suddenly woke up from sleep and shouted "Mummy, blood.....see blood....see blood".

My auntie's husband who was driving immediately slowed down. When he slowed down, another car overtook them. Lo and behold, an oncoming DAF truck had failed break. The truck rammed into the car that overtook them. Everyone in that vehicle died. Had it been he didn't slow down, the truck would have crushed them.

This was how that small baby saved the whole family.
whaaat..! Glory be to God..!
Children are indeed holy innocents, God speaks through them. Parents please always listen

shocked

Yes, during my searching for cadetship (IT for seafarers). I and my very closed friend boarded a canoe to a nearby vessel at KiriKiri water side. While trying to climbed the scalar to board the small vessel we are to meet one senior bros. He miscalculated and off balance to the deep water. While the canoe was rolling, I just summoned courage held him by his belt side from the water, pulled him up. While trying to gain his balance. He nearly turn the canoe with his weight and frightness all over him. The man paddling the canoe was just looking and not giving any helping hand. Near death experienced. To Almighty God be the glory , we both doing well now. During this period none of us could swim. He was bigger than me in size too. How I did it in split seconds is still mistery to me any time I remember.
this is how God saves his own. Whereby indeed one’s time hasn’t reached

In 2017 when we (five prospective corp members plus the driver) were heading to Kano orientation camp for NYSC. As we were approaching Zaria after Nuhu Bamila Polytechnic, we met armed Fulani herdsmen. They robbed us everything in our possessions.

While the robbery was going on and we were all lying down, the only lady among us shouted and it happened that one of the armed robbers was struggling to have sex with her... One of the guys among us without minding the guns stoop up and told the arm robber not to try it. And lo and behold, the armed robber left the lady and they ran into the bush.
hmmm, could be he had powers

True story of a real life super hero.
Some years back while I was working in one of the filling stations (among the 5 major marketers then).
Three men were given the contract of fixing our bad pms underground tanks. After the usual tradition of not having product in the tank, leaving it open for long and adding some liters of palm wine to reduce the harmful effect of the pms fumes, the men started washing the tank in turn to conserve oxygen.
One of them went in and after he was supposed to be out, he didn't come out. They called his name, no response. The second person went in, same thing, even the third man also went in and collapsed.
Then one of my colleague; an attendant went in and pulled all three of them out one after the order.
The first guy was almost gone as his skin had turned pale.
It was like like one of the marvel movies even though marvel was not popular then.

Mine was around 2005 or 2006/7 in Ibadan to be precise. I was working in a pure water factory in an estate around Agbala Itura. While in the factory, we suddenly heard people crying at a flat beside our factory; when we got there it was a boy between the age 3-4 that fell in a well her sister who should be within the age of 5-6 was the one that alerted people in the house that her brother had fallen in the well.

We're up to 5 men standing there but non could take the risk because an incident happened just a week before, around old Ife road where a boy fell in a well, he died alongside a fire fighter that tried to safe him, so it was a big tragedy in Ibadan that year so the fear gripped everyone - Nobody won die.

Seeing the boy drowning, I couldn't take it any longer and sumon the courage to go for him. I entered the well and brought him out. It was a memory that brings joy whenever I remember because a life is worth more than a gold.

The father wasn't working in the state then he do come home once in a while. The family and the Landlord really appreciated it and were so grateful. I thank God for for His grace to carryout the help.

I wasn't the one that witnessed it my elder sis did and I wouldn't say it a bravey but coincidence. Like 15 years back. After a heavy downpour a big ditch of water gathered on the middle of a road close to a school.

Immediately school closed my sis who was a teacher then and most of the students were in a hurry to get home, all of a sudden a dog ran out from a nearby compound and was happily running ahead of the students towards the water.

Immediately he got into the water he was suspended on air and was electrocuted Everyone ran away.

It was later discovered that during the downpour an electric cable fell into the ditch with current. If not that that dog ran into the water first all the school children and my sis that wanted to cross wouldn't have made it.
God sacrificed the dog to save your sister and the other children embarassed

I went through the same on Lagos ibadan expressway, just that our own driver wasn't epileptic but slept off just after shagamu, the express hasn't been worked on at the time so our bus was facing the incoming vehicle until a guy behind the driver maneuvered back to the road, driver apologized and explained how he hasn't slept for days because he was in debt and he's been on the road all night, we had no choice but to buy him things to chew and continue our journey, we sha ordered him to stay on low speed. It was a near death experience...

Many years ago, I was on the corridor looking around the street. Then I noticed a fast movement and I turned around to catch the glimpse of what was that. A NEPA man was falling down from the ladder. A building blocked my view from seeing how he landed. My guess back then was that it could be fatal, either he hits his head on the gutter or breaks his spinalcord.

I ran down stairs to go near the place. When I reached there, I saw two NEPA men seated on the ground. As I stood there and others were narrating what happened, I got the clearer picture.

While the NEPA official was trying to fix things, he was shocked by electricity. He fell and his colleague positioned his back so he can land on him.
Twice I have witnessed road accidents when all passengers were thought to be dead. From staring so hard, I found two were breathing very faintly, and they were rescued. This happened twice.

You are supposed to adopt that kid as your Godson, very impressed to read of him telling his friends that you where the one who took him to hospital, that's a great recognition.

If that kid should find himself on a position to help you, he would most certainly do something remarkable.
