Your woke and TDS is manifesting like a rising sun.

Trump got all he has by merits even as he was shot, attacked by lawfare and many obstacles set in steps by the dems he stood strong and worked hard to become the president again. He went through the democratic process while his opponent was given the flag. The president is the president because DEI was not involved in his campaign. The ones who put DEI on everything got rejected. Deal with it.

California is burning because of DEI and woke bs. Boeing is dying because of DEI
Damn, what rightwing propaganda does to a MFer.

Do you blame DEI for California being dryer than usual, and experiencing high wind speeds spreading the fires quickly?

Boeing choosing to prioritize short-term profits and cutting corners, it now DEI.

The primary problem with crypto as it exists right now is the lack of a defined use case.

It was initially meant to be an alternative or replacement to traditional currency, that could be used by everyone and works freely across borders, but it's not that at the moment.
The fact that it's a relatively new thing, that can be created by literally anyone, with minimal regulation or oversight, unlike starting a company it has become the wild west for speculative investments, and scams.

Because of it's speculative nature, tx fees and learning curve. It can't be used effectively as a regular currency, because people still need convert it to traditional currency to spend it usually, also people buy and hold it in the hopes it goes up in value, thus it fails at being a transactional currency.

Meme coins are the worst offenders, because unlike crypto like eth that at least tried to build it self with a usecase in mind, or like btc that has the privilege of being the first, they are pure gambling as they represent zero purpose, zero usecase and zero irl value, and most times are completely rigged against people unfortunate enough to buy in.
The creators, or early wealthy investors will hold a large chunk of the token becoming whales, next regular people buy in, in the hopes they catch the pump, providing liquidity, then the whales dump their holdings, leaving people to hold a valueless bag. Extracting wealth from the middle and lower classes.
There's a significantly small chance you could be lucky and make money off it, but statistically most only lose, the best odds are just for someone not to get involved.

BTC is somewhat better, but it's heavily tied to the global economy, and US stock market now, if one is doing good, it goes up, if the stock market crashes, it's going along with it.

What are disadvantages of DEI

While Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives have many benefits, there are some potential disadvantages or challenges associated with them:

Resistance to Change: Some individuals or groups may resist DEI efforts due to a lack of understanding or fear of losing privileges. This can lead to tension or resentment in organizations or communities.

Perceived Reverse Discrimination: In some cases, individuals may feel that DEI efforts prioritize certain groups over others, leading to accusations of reverse discrimination. This can create feelings of unfairness or divisiveness.

Implementation Challenges: Effectively implementing DEI strategies can be complex and resource-intensive. Without proper planning and support, initiatives may fail or have limited impact.

Tokenism: There is a risk that organizations may adopt DEI measures superficially, focusing on meeting quotas or checking boxes rather than fostering true inclusion. This can lead to tokenism, where diverse individuals are included for appearances rather than real empowerment.

Overemphasis on Identity: Sometimes, focusing too much on identity categories (race, gender, etc.) can lead to divisions rather than unity, inadvertently reinforcing stereotypes or reducing individuals to those categories rather than valuing their full complexity.

Short-Term Focus: In some cases, DEI initiatives are seen as a trend or a temporary measure, rather than as part of a long-term cultural shift. Without a sustained commitment, the impact of DEI efforts may be limited.

Resource Drain: Implementing DEI initiatives often requires significant financial and human resources. If not executed efficiently, the costs may outweigh the benefits, especially if outcomes are not clearly measured.

Addressing these challenges requires careful planning, transparency, and a long-term commitment to genuine change.

Hopefully it is lifted and we go back to WHO support - he said 90 days. WHO is very important to Africa.
WHO is extremely good for Africa, I see lots of good all over .
As a tool of control , WHO may be serving Chinese interests ,whom I don't trust at all.
That should be what Trump sees .

Some ideas are very noble. They start well and progress well. Somewhere down the line cracks appear , the originators of the idea double down in how good the idea has worked.
DEI has been abused but the liberals would never admit that.
EU is a proponent of free movement of people and goods. Has worked very well but they won't address the challenges that very freedom brings.
Like DEI with political power the proponents of these ideas will not entertain anything negative about their "noble" sacred idea.
I'm a racist because I don't support DEI.

President Trump has all the right to go after Joe Biden. JB didn't pardon himself. Or he didn't because he was declared mentally unfit to stand trial.
Trump should go for Biden who will plead that he is incompetent.
Then Trump cancels all pardons.
Trump:
“Biden thought, he heard that I was going to do it. I didn’t want to do it.I was given the option. They said, sir, would you like to pardon everybody, including yourself? I said, I’m not going to pardon anybody. We didn’t do anything wrong.
And we had people that suffered. ...
You had Bannon put in jail. You had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people that suffered.

This guy Biden went around giving everybody pardons. And you know, the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is he didn’t give himself a pardon. And if you look at it, it all had to do with him.”

In 2005, i applied for an entry level IT position in an oil company . i did not have any IT certification. i however had the highest score in the aptitude test. I killed the interview, but i was not taken. two months later - i was called by the same company for a position based on what i actually do - an electrical engineer. And i got the job. the head of IT , who interviewed me - met me later and was like wow - you are a strong dude!

ironically enough i provided a fkton of support to the same IT department because they were always having different power issues. to this day, the then data center supervisor talks about how i bailed him out multiple times when they had power challenges.

to this day, even though i am no longer there - the IT guys call me on and off because i was and am an actual techie. my old boss used to joke that i was the shadow IT manager because i could always be counted on to provide advice to the IT guys. you want a free app that stamps PDFs ; you need a cheap or free CAD program, someone formatted their pc and what is the best tool to recover the data - it got to the point where they basically gave me the admin password and said pls handle/oversee any CAD related issues in your department. e pass us. tongue

so mr mechanical engineer/entry level IT admin / so called project manager - only neophytes are impressed by your made up stories. Today, oil companies do not hire IT as full time, but as contract staff. and third party contract staff at that. IT is not their core business . the best that will happen is they will hire a manager full time to coordinate with their vendors and suppliers.

this is how your lie comes out. you claim to have studied mechanical engineering. you claim to have a high jamb score - which would indicate competence in aptitude tests. you claim to have done very well in university.

and yet you an indigene with a high score were unable to get into total / shell /schlum - you had to enter NNPC as a third party contract staff. you read mechanical engineering and you somehow entered as IT support. and then you 'got your CCNA' and immediately got a us job.

you are as much a clown as your enabler who was comparing using autocad to programming. a pair of posers jerking each other off.

Throw back Thursday.

The Trump Organization on some occasions charged the Secret Service more than five times the government rate to stay at Donald Trump-owned properties while the agency was protecting him and his family, according to documents obtained by Congress.
In total the Secret Service spent at least $1.4 million in tax dollars at Trump Organization hotels and other properties over 669 expenditures between January 2017 and September 2021, House Committee on Oversight and Reform Chair Carolyn Maloney wrote in a Monday letter to Kimberly Cheatle, the director of the Secret Service.

Joe Biden sent tens of billions to Ukraine but Pelosi congress was so concerned about $1.4 million over 4 years.
Ijebos likely spent the same visiting Nigeria over the same period.

An engineer does not accept anything at face value in life , you always leave room for doubt at the back of your mind.

a so called IT admin - can you even describe all the support systems for a data center?

do you know the difference between a line interactive and a direct online UPS? do you know what happens when a security guard at night decides to use a socket on the UPS power supply to power his iron or his boiling ring?

do you know what happens when a vendor joins a cable that should have a straight run and for the next two months the fire suppression system is triggered every other week?

by your own words - you got your CCNA . this is the description of a CCNA below. entry level position.

A lot is happening under Trump, one has to keep refreshing the news page to see the latest . From ICE raids ,to firing TSA head who put Tulsi Gabbard on 'domestic terrorist' list to 97 US Attorneys being directed to arrest anyone interfering with Trump immigration policies, ......
Trump is really a welcome relief

Trump has designated 100 days to stop the war in Ukraine, unlike Biden who did everything to send Ukrainians to the meat grinder. Boris Johnson flew to Kiev and conviced Zelensky to fight instead if a ceasefire, just 2 months after Putin Special Military Operation began.

Putin being the sly fox he is, wants Faucci extradited to Russia to face crimes against humanity. Can't vouch for this right now.. What a time to be alive. Fauci, set to receive the largest pension in American history might die a sad broken man.

Depending on where one works a CCNA is more than enough for an organization.
At the ISP level I was heavily involved and wrote a lot during the setup of the Nigeria IXP. I didn't have the CCNP , my CCNA was good enough then for all intents and purposes.

If your ISP was not bothered about your CCNA-only level, then it means you were not part of implementation. They brought in 3rd-party consultants to do the hardwork, whilst they left you doing 'show run'...

Good, the most amount of profit you'll make in crypto and forex is the one you make by just not getting involved, and finding a means of making a living, working a job and providing somekind of value to people. It's all glorified gambling, and it's unfortunate a large chunk of Nigerian youth have been sucked into it in desperation of being lucky enough to cash out big.

Unfortunately I had to experience getting burned repeatedly by it in the past to learn my lesson.
