When you study your Bible, pls try to study in depth, there is what is called hermeneutics and Exegesis (Bible interpretation, Critical explanation)
And Eisegese (the process of interpreting text in such a way as to introduce one's own presuppositions, agendas or biases) It is commonly referred to as reading into the text.

sometimes when reading Paul's injunctions in d Bible,try to study and research into d situation, culture, happenings concerning that particular situation as at the time of writing.

Read Galatians 3:26-29 and you will see that people can argue as a result of being myopic in their thinking and they need to open their hearts to receive from God and stop playing Pharisees and Sadducees refusing to open up to God, and sticking to d tradition of men (Biblical perspective, God does not see us as gender but heirs of d kingdom)

You can see other passages in Romans 8:1-2, Romans 8: 15-17 ,that says u are not condemned if u are in Christ Jesus.

Besides there are females mentioned even by Paul in d Bible who assisted him in d ministry and have churches in their houses.

1. No play on words.
In 1 Timothy 3:8-13 the requirement for deacon is laid out. Compare it to 1 Timothy 3:2-7 where dat of Episkopos or bishop was listed. Then tell me what is the difference? The two is basically the same, making the two positions, same.
Additional Timothy is referred to as diakonos in Paul's letters, yet people call him the bishop of Ephesus. Do u know why?
Then, neither of them is ministerial office, so what are they?

2. Ur screenshot say deacon is a servant teacher. i.e both. Not different. The servant must teach and the teacher must serve.

3. The women don't have to teach Jesus or disciples. They can teach others. eg the Samaritan woman by the well, who went to town to persuade others about the prophet who told her things.

4. Women called deacons in the bible, what gives u the impression they weren't teaching? Equally, men like Timothy called deacons, what gives you the impression they were teachers?

The bible has no issues with women teaching non believers that are not the church. Luke 8:3 shows that the word 'deacon' can mean something else apart from a teacher or what is stated in 1 Timothy 8-13. Luke 8:3 clearly shows that women ministered(deacon) unto Christ and his disciples.

Deacon is teacher servant and many of the women deacons even had churches in their own homes and praised by Paul as CO-WORKERS of Christ
