Akpakomiza2:But PDP has been producing the evidences to back up their claim. Where is the fear? Why have the duo of Jarret Tenebe and John Mayaki appearing to threaten the people with their comments? Is it not clear that they have things to hide or fear? |
| Re: Edo Election Petition Tribunal Relocates To Abuja by Akpakomiza2: 9:14pm On Jan 24, 2025 |
ElevationD:Why did pdp attack APC campaigns during the campaigns? Why did Obaseki and his men make threats? John mayaki was supporting PDP sir. There's nothing to hide. All those evidences are watery and have been discredited. One of them was a fake agent |

Akpakomiza2:Pay little heed an ear to the clown, no honor amongst Thieves,7 billion Naira for those 3 tribunal judges to share will be enough for them to dismiss Pdp’s issues, & move it to the superior court of Appeal. |

When APC started sending thugs to the venue of the election Tribunal sitting, i knew that relocation eas imminent. You cannot be brandishing thugs to the judiciary and expect it to take it. Abuja will make the sitting free for people to come without fear of being attacked. |
| Re: Edo Election Petition Tribunal Relocates To Abuja by caracas: 9:51pm On Jan 24, 2025 |
Akpakomiza2:Both of them are scared Pdp is scared of the fact that APC might buy the judges off while APC is scared of the fact that their brazen rigging will be exposed n the judges might have no choice but to declare pdp winner.... Drama unfolding.... |

Akpakomiza2:So if PDP attacked APC campaigns, it is now the turn of APC officials in Edo state to make such inflammatory statements? Or you think that now it is the exclusive preserve of APC to physically attack PDP? Do you want to pretend that you are not aware that APC sent thugs to the tribunal venue? Did you not read the threat of Jarret a Tenebe to PDP witnesses? You borrowed the words of Mayaki when you said “watery”. The question is this: have you become the tribunal to determine “watery” evidences? Is it not up to the tribunal to make its judgment on the basis of evidences placed before it? Who discredited the evidences? Mayaki or the tribunal judges? |

Does evidence really matter in this tinibu govt? I will be really shocked if the tribunal goes ahead to overturn the apc victory. |

AMI3:No genuine PDP member voted for Tinubu, unless they had personal agenda. PDP lost the election because of Obi, not Wike. G5 were a drop in the ocean. Atiku would’ve lost, even with their support. Ugwuanyi, Ortom and Ikpeazor all lost their senatorial districts because of Obidients. Labour Party would’ve swept the whole of Rivers State if Wike didn’t do daylight robbery. Obidients were the problem, not all these paper weight politicians that will be irrelevant in 2027. |

caracas:You lie sir. Which rigging? Apc completely defeated pdp in that election. It is PDP that is buying the judges |
| Re: Edo Election Petition Tribunal Relocates To Abuja by Akpakomiza2: 7:06am On Jan 25, 2025 |
ElevationD:Oga, pdp thugs where arrested trying to attack the tribunal.it is pdp that is causing security threats. I am very experienced in electoral cases, you don't need to be a judge to see the direction of the case. If you had followed obi vs tinubu case and others, you won't be arguing blindly. When you claimed rigging is being exposed, did you remember that you are not the judge? All the witnesses of pdp are collapsing under the cross examination of Apc lawyers. Forget the case, it's a waste...as it stands, APC do not need to present defence witnesses. They will just depend on the mistakes of the pdp witnesses and evidences... |

Obaseki is the rodent that eats the yam. Imagine a sitting Government not been able to positively influence his people. He shows how unfair and distance between himself and the populace. As a sitting Governor, you do not need to shout before your people hear you. The guy spoil Asue opportunity. |

Akpakomiza2:Typical APC supporter. You do not read clearly before responding and yet you accuse others of arguing blindly. Can you show me where the word “rigging” was used by me in my comment? If you are experienced in electoral cases as you claim, why not follow proceedings and watch out for the ruling of the respective courts? Do you know more than the various SANs and judges, who are on the case? By the way, why did APC lawyers refuse to cross examine the PDP star witness yesterday, if according to you and Jarret Tenebe, the PDP claims are watery? |

| Re: Edo Election Petition Tribunal Relocates To Abuja by Akpakomiza2: 9:11am On Jan 25, 2025 |
ElevationD:Typical pdp/Lp supporter. When you where concluding that APC manipulated the polls, did you remember the above? Just like obi and atiku did last year, pdp tried to ambush and surprise APC by bringing a witness and documents that wasn't listed on the schedule for the day which failed. Everything that must happen in court must be presented to the defence at least two days beforehand. Therefore, the defence must have the time to study the documents and witness before cross examination and as usual, they will destroy his testimony just like the other witnesses. You clearly don't know anything about the legal process so better humble yourself and learn |

Zackattack:Let me ask is Rivers state APC or PDP? Mind u Rivers state is one of the highest populated state in the country By the way do you think the election was credible? Tinubu in my own understanding didn't win the election. If there was transparency in the whole process I don't think the APC could have won |
