I kinda assume it ought to be common sense like making sure to invest only when you are sure of returns and whatnot. undecided
This "common sense" thing always causes issues between you and I, and we quarrel over it.

Sense that is common is nonsense in my own book, and that's why its common and most have it.

Superior sense, which is what I am seeing you are describing people should have before marrying, is not common, and requires effort to acquire, which is why most don't have it and therefore don't do the things you are describing they should do before marrying, and why their marriages often fail.

Your posts are not based on common sense, kobo. You have, in my opinion, done the work to have superior sense to that which the common people have.

Do note your use of the phrase "common sense" is as is accepted it is. I just have a different definition, so the fault for our disagreeing is entirely mine.

Actually, if you'd bothered reading the article you'd note she filed for a divorce, but the reason you never saw that is, I am a woman, I am a feminist, I blinded you.

You are blinded.

You have no idea what my gender is, and I have no need to tell you since your assumption does not affect me one tiny iota.

Would you understand if I claimed his sense is common?

Its so common it could easily have been picked off the street.

In every society, the one thing that is common to all is the Law— well, ought to be. So, when I insist on commonsense, I at least mean that which is in complete compliance with common law —fundamental human rights of every human being on the planet included, of course. undecided

So, as for the comments by the other poster, we clearly see that he thinks he is in his right to argue against the right of another, clearly anti-common-sense there. undecided

I didn't make up the rules here. The law I met here and it will likely remain here even after you and I are dead and gone. We are born into society and as such are expected to order our thoughts according to the common sense laws that society is established upon and not on just our whims towards self and others. undecided

A person who disregards the law is usually considered to be foolish— lacking in wisdom. And we see daily how society treats people such as those. undecided

Common, as in widely freely available to all.

The evidence does not support the commonality of sense, I don't think, and is only acquired by those who put the effort in to rise above commonality.

But as I said, your use is the correct use, and I am just not common. And nor do I think you are common going by the evidence.

I don't do "just chit chat". I have the problem of not being able to disengage my brain when discussing with people here because not using my brain is like me disrespecting you, which I would rather not do.

If you don't care about my gender, perhaps stop using it to frame your understanding of what I write that you read.

Satanatum Budaaturn is a man,did you not know?

Yes, he advocates for women a lot, too much sufficient to be dubbed a woman and a feminist. But he is still a natural penis pisser.

Clearly, there are 2 different Laws.

One that is changeable and operates according to the will of the king and kingmakers

And one that is not changeable and everlasting.

It is becoming apparent that even Biden did not have the will power to prosecute the Orange idiot. as he was treated with kids gloves all through the process. The important lesson I learned in the whole debacle is that, the end justifies the means.
Some are even arguing he was never convicted that it was a fake news.

The right to bodily autonomy — the right to one's body without fear of violence or discrimination — is not given up in marriage. I do agree that a woman or man should not be blamed for refusing his/her partner's sex even in marriage. Of course, this also means that a man or woman has every right to get a divorce if he/she is not comfortable with being denied sex. undecided
Don't rewrite your opinion to win point, answer the question OP posted.

Who should be blamed for divorce" which caused by lack of sex from wife.

1. HUSBAND

2. WIFE

3. DEVIL

4. IN LAWS

5. NAIRALANDERS.

Simply no one! When two people cease to be compatible, no one is to blame. Hence the reason why no-fault divorce exists. undecided

Sex is not a marital duty. Humans love pleasure too much and some dumb people get married just to have unrestrained sex, only to get disappointed.
You are very right! They are in the same category with those who got married just to have unrestrained access to another person's money/wealth.
Re: Is Sex A ‘Marital Duty’? by Nnamdipapa(m): 10:20pm On Jan 26, 2025
If a woman does not want to have sex, why the hell did she even bother to marry? I honestly don't get the mentalities of some people.
Sex matters and sexual compatibility have broken up thousands of marriages. Just because he is a bro and speaks in different tongues does not mean he would not like to have sex very frequently. This is the exact reason, no sex before marriage mantra, is a big fraud, how would you know about sexual compatibility before making a huge commitment like marriage if you don't have sex with a sloppy bj?

You do not want to give him sex, you also do not want him to have sex outside the home, no be the textbook definition of Witchcraft be that?
