Deportation of illegal immigrants have always involved use of handcuffs and it's also for everyone safety. Also don't forget the first batch of people being reported are those accused of being criminals.

My first trip to 9ja after migrating to the US in 2010, I saw someone being deported inside the plain and he was handcuffed as most are resistant, one man was even shouting Nigeria haaaa, Nigeria mo gbe!
