3 more matches for Nigeria without a goal as an Al Nassir player and Victor Boniface's time with the eagles might be over.

He'll most likely get at least 2 more invites and if he scores in any or both, forget it. He'll get invites. I'll love Dessers to be on AFCON team sha.

Yeah
Dessers should even be in the starting 11
18 goals in 35 matches in the Scottish league is not easy

Oh..maybe Saudi has stopped paying big. Mahrez, Koulibaly, Mane and Ivan Toney, even at their old age earn far bigger than this..wishing him well.
Mind you he was earning 38k weekly at Leverkusen and he will be earning 290k weekly at saudi

Compare it to those guys you mentioned aside toney

Koulibally was earning 320k at Chelsea
Man was earning 300k at Bayern
Mahrez was earning 200k plus at Bayern

I don’t want boniface at saudi but I wont blame him

Osimhen rejected Saudi Saudi because he was earning very good at Europe

Dey play ,you wonder why Bayern can buy anyone there ,it’s because of the salary

Even their best player Florian writz isn’t earning up to 100k weekly

I can't hate on Boniface for his decision if it's for financial reasons as much as it seems just too premature, even his place in the NT is no longer guaranteed considering how underwhelming he has been in national appearances...a player like Marmoush who is his age mate and has a similar profile to him moved to Man City, Kvara moved from Napoli to PSG etc...All these players would have moved to Saudi if they wanted to but they wanted better for themselves because they are still young.

Anyways we have new talents like Arokodare coming up the ranks, time for Eric Chelle to give other players a chance.

Philosopher1979:
Its a typical african black mans problem
A black man does not want to set records or break new grounds. He just wants to be rich.
If you ask a black man why he wants to study medicine, he will say because of money and the profession is lucrative in the western world
A white man will say he wants to discover the cure for an incurable disease or even find out a way to cure blindness or grow biological legs.
That is why most of the theories in science and education are not created by Africans. We dont pioneer things. A black man just wants to eat.
It is a subtle difference that you will not immediately notice but it is there.
Africans that set records have some foreign influence. Maybe they schooled abroad. A Nigerian that stays all his or her life in Nigeria wont break any record. He or she will just look for a way to be rich and that is all.
With a new generation that mentality is changing but that is the general mind set of an African
Just eat and die. Jeun ko ku as in chop and quench as Fela said. That's black man life

Boniface to earn 15m euros a season in Saudi 😳

Heard he is to sign a 3 and half year contract with Al Nassr soon. Bayer 04 to pocket around 50m-55m euros transfer fee
Why is no one speaking against Boniface moving to Saudi league like was in the case of Osimhen. Is Boniface wash up, abi you guys don't want him to win APOTY again 🙄

While I agree with you on this, it’s easier to say you want to break records / break new grounds when you live in a society where your daily bread is not in question or you are already relatively comfortable before you start football or whatever profession you are in.

€15M is what some players earn their footballing careers. Boniface can make 10 times that in a few years.

Who is to say he doesn’t want to use his wealth in Saudi to break new grounds elsewhere eg funding research for cancer, etc.

I would have liked him to stay in a top Euro league, too, but I know not everyone’s ambitions in life are the same.

🦅🇳🇬 Victor Boniface is the first Nigerian footballer to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.

He's now officially the highest paid player in the Nigerian national team with an estimated annual salary of €15M! 🤑

His move to Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League made this happen! 🔥

Waste of Golden Generation. Players should be chasing football glory and retiring at Cow league in their last years are doing the opposite. What a waste of Golden generation
