Hello all, please can someone with experience advice if it’s advisable to embark on ivf journey with these results. The first doctor who reviewed the scan said no issue but where I did the scan they were advising I do surgery first. I am really confused.

Can somebody please recommend a good and affordable place to do fibroid surgery in Abuja, Ibadan or Lagos, or is there any easiest way of removing fibroid without doing major surgery please?

The only hospital I know that does fibroid surgery without open surgery in Abuja is Kelina. May be expensive though.

Hello,the few I've clinics I work with in lagos are from 4millon above for using your own eggs and almost 5millon for using donors eggs per cycle. So the 3millon clinic your friend got is cheap for that price not expensive.

My Sister, seems all ivf clinics in Lag are operating on a different level. Dr Ese in Abuja is still my first choice cos the amount u will pay for his IVF, plus flight plus hotel is still not up to what u will pay Lagos ivf Hospitals. My Foundation is currently negotiating with a clinic at Shasha area called Androcare because some of our members got results with them. He said their ivf is 2m -2.5 and only 100-150k can be given to our NGO. Whereas with 900k Ese is charging us, 95% of my members are getting results with him. Its just the accommodation we are battling with now cos the sef con a member gave the NGO Landlord refused to renew rent otherwise everyone is facing Abuja for their ivf. So look in that direction. If u still want to do ivf in Lag, try the Androcare or Oasis by Dr Ivie. We mostly use her for life contract not regular ivf cos hers is also about 2m for members. I did my IVF at primecare fertility clinic abuja, and got pregnant on first trial.
Their current bill is 1,200,000 FOR IVF one cycle, two cycle 2.2m, drugs inclusive. Registration 50k, tests 150k.
They are cheap and very efficient, I believe one of the reason is , the drugs they use, are specifically produced for them by an Indian company, it's not the popular cyclogest, gestone, etc. so I believe that's why they are cheaper.
But they are sooo efficient. Dr ese, Dr kalio, Dr nonso, Dr anya..

My marriage just hit 7 years on August 26th and we are dealing with Male factor (Azoospemia).

Did varicocele surgery about four years back and the analysis still read zero for all parameters

Meet with another urologist in a different state. He requested for a diagnosis called TRUS(Transrectal ultrasound ) and found out that there is an inflammation in the seminal vesicles.
Has been taking drugs, yet no improvement.
Age is no longer at my side as I am already 36 by Dec.I have never been this confused in my life
Meet a Doctor this week and he ask we go for Donor sperm as once.


I need assistance here?

Has anyone had such an issue and end up victorious?

Would you advice I go for Tesa?

I need suggestions on Hospital that can do Tesa/Ivf in Portharcourt

And lastly I need any advice, word of hope or anything that can help me because it seems I am bringing to lose it bit by bit.
