Has Anjorin indicated he wants to switch to play for SE? I prefer to deal with certainties than kanipeisms.

Daga is quality a full year in Europe should brush him up.
have you approached him and he turned you down? How sure are you that the nff and new coach havent noticed his good performances in serie A that have been attracting Top teams in the same league?

Daga never even play a minute for Molde u don Dey tag as possibility for super eagles midfield options when players like Chrisantus never even get chance. Even onyedika is yet to be a regular while midfield dynamo like onyeka is finding it hard to get into the team’s starting 11

Na so we Dey try run pass our shadow always 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Let’s talk of the now not the future. Daga should start performing in Molde first before been considered as an option in our midfield

I did no such thing. To be honest, the only bright spot in the news was that he would earn 15million euros per annum. That is massive but I was already also resigned to the fact that Boniface may not become a mainstay in the Eagles with the Saudi move, anymore.

I thought to myself, "... lad with the potential to be Africa's Ronaldo de lima running to Saudi arabia is not so good for his talent growth curve"

I guess it all just worked out the way it was meant to work out.

I've seen Daga play from cadet level to the periphery of the senior team and he passes the eye test. No be skills set I dey look cheesy. Give him a year he will convince.

You are right that he isn't important yet to us. But you see, I believe so much in high yield potential. Boni's potential is so high and could really lift our attack higher than it is currently. He just needs to come into it like Lookman did through the Afcon.

And because Bony hasn't scored for us yet, I am open to other CF options but at the back of my mind, I know and feel that he will be important with time once he finds his feet in the GWG.

he has the talent no doubt but I think he needs to put in more work and seriousness to make a name for himself in the national team

Osimhen should be a good example and motivation to him.

I am not even a fan of bringing back an Okocha to the team because I believe that our problems are basically poor attitude, lack of teamwork, zero football culture and administrative incorrigibility.

In a group peopled by unknown quantities like Zimbabwe and Rwanda, we should be emerging with maximum 30 points if things were even half right in Nigeria.
Again, we have all it takes in terms of personnel to still qualify from this group of nonentities. It’s about doing the right things.
charlesemeka85:
did anyone portray him as the creative spark Abi plug missing in super eagles midfield?😳

Mk una kuku recall jay jay to the national team cus of lack of creativity 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just kidding and you're very right, but it's good to see how many of us here still love this player despite firing blanks for the Eagles. And Emeka's revelation that the club doubled his salary to increase his valuation vex me gan, they just wan use our boy do money ritual, Olorun maje! He goes nowhere except to another bigger European club, gba si be!

I think we have improved in a few positions particularly midfield. The top 9 position is the only area that's not really any different from last AFCON. Positions still up for grabs as Osimhen's back up. Hopefully one or two out of Boniface, Awoniyi, KC, Moffi, Sadiq, Dessers, Akor, or Tolu will step up. Wings sorted with Lookman, Simon, and Chukwueze. Ejuke and Tella would be nice additions.

Midfield looking more settled with an in form Iwobi and Onyedika. Frank still a tank, Fisayo looking the part and still improving, Potential addition of Chrisantus will boost the midfield. With Daga and Ebenezer on the horizon the middle of the park is looking promising for short to medium term.

Defense needs more quality additions especially CB and maybe LB (Bruno is improving). Goalkeeper Nwabali still looking solid. Okoye would be a good back up but his betting issue is a worry.

Overall I'm very confident this squad can get to the final if not win the whole thing with sound coaching and luck/divine providence.
That is how we are always settled until match is played and small boys beats you.

Victor Osimhen starts for Galatasaray 🆚 Ajax
- The last time he played against Ajax, he ran 20 meters from goal to steal the ball from a defender and scored into an empty net in the last minutes of the game. cool

Cyriel Dessers starts for Rangers 🆚 Union Saint-Gilloise

Abeg what faults are you referring to. And is there any player that doesn't have a fault or two.

If you love a player say you love him, which one is despite his faults like he has been in any controversy

you are just in a hurry, I never castigated the player, check Emeka's response and compare it to yours, I mentioned faults to balance my point cos many here (am not one of them) have raised their reservations about the player for club and country and not even in a bad light but just areas of concerns and that's where am coming from. It will be a contradiction for me to still go ahead to say how much I love the player cos, unlike others who count their legs when playing for the Eagles Bassey is none of such.

Calm down before you throw stones ok? looks like you were looking for a fight where there was none

I really hope so, too. But the biggest thing I want from him is to improve his positioning. I don’t think he has gone a single game this season without getting caught offside. He really needs to fix this.

He’s played 20 times for Gala this season and has been caught offsides 22 times. That’s far too many.
