That makes no sense. Her relatives will be able to identify her faster with her pictures out here.I know of cases of accident victims who were buried because there was no way to contact their family.In this case , the family can directly contact GUO motors to retrieve the body of the mother and collect the child who by now should be with the police.May the soul of he mother Rest in Peace!
