This is just the begining of fuel price saga... BUA Refinery will soon be ready too. The only happiness am having here is that this is the payback time for NNPC. They have suffered us for a long period of time. Let them start having headache leading to brain tumour for them. By this time next year you go see what's gonna be the scores of this game. Just keep watching.

Take cement for example, what is stopping a company like BUA or Larfage to sell a bag of cement at 5,000 when Dangote is selling at 10,000? Do you mean Dangote is the one telling them not to reduce their price so that he will continue his so called monopoly? Or do you mean if they reduce their price, people will not still buy their products but continue with Dangote? Pardon my many questions as i just want to understand this Dangote monopoly always brandished around because it does not make sense to me

Nobody want him to fail, but as soon as those marketers stop importation he will increase price astronomically, just last month he increased price now he is pretending to reduce price, I'm sure in the next few days he will increase it astronomically again

If not for alternative supply by now Dangote fuel will probably be 2k per litre

Dangote knows what he's doing..he want to frustrate the marketers. After marketers have lost some big money he will raise the price again...he want to enjoy monopoly

Dangote should just peg the loading price at 600 naira or less and crush the import competition. Why fluctuating the price anyhow?

If Dangote was selling for 500, he will still make dangerously high profit, and pay up that loan, but greediness, and evil intentions will never allow him.
