There was a problem and my guy was to pay a monthly alimony
to her, which he could not afford.

Alimony accumulated to 12000$ which he could not pay and his mother died.

This woman went to immigration to report my friend that he was escaping to Nigeria so as not to pay the money
and they seized his passport denying him the chance to bury his mother.

We pleaded and begged this woman to allow our friend to come home and bury his mother; she flatly refused.

We did the burial on behalf of our friend and few months later the woman died and my friend got his passport back.

Corpses do not collect alimony and in this case a dead man does not pay support,

Him taken his life says a lot about what coward he is. First of all, whatever amount that was asked to pay was base of of what he makes and what he can comfortably pay.
Whats the big deal paying for someone to take care of your own kids? He can arrange to see the kids as often as he wants, unless he is a threat to them.

All humans are built to adapt to situations, but you have to have the courage to endure, and be patient, which he didn't have, that made him a coward, he didn't want to endure and go through the temporary pain.
I don't always blame people for taken their life, but, him being a medical doctor in the US who makes over $200k a year, and his kids are alive not that they are dead. I mean he had no reason to take his own life if not that he was a coward and didn't want to face the consequences of his actions.
I understand depression, but it has treatment, get on anti-depressant medicine or seek a therapy, which he can afford easy.
Suicide is cowardice, although in his own case, he was just stupid. People take their life because they have had enough and think the future will be worse and wouldn't want to risk it.
Dude, again, there is no reason to take your life when you are in the US as a medical doctor.

Nigerians are too gullible for my liking. Bloggers need to be sued so as not to spread lies. Very people in the US pays $15,000 a month in child support unless the person is a millionaire. Doctors rarely make that type of money. Many cardiologists barely top out at $400,000. The actually child support was $1,900 monthly. It is a fair amount due to his salary and the child's disabilities. The man was having trouble on his job, his parents refused to accept the lady for marriage and the custody hearing pushed him over the edge. He held the woman, child at nanny hostage. Thankfully the nanny escaped to call the police. Once he knew the police were approaching, he took his own life. Depression is real.
