Oga, the supreme court has settled the matter of expert reports. Ossy Anenih was the director of research of Asue Ighodalo campaign. Infact, if the report was from inec, it would have been better. In the obi and atiku vs tinubu case, all the expert reports where from non partisan sources. You are the one clutching at straws. Again, a lot of pdp evidences are through subpoenas and not part of their petition and the court has dealt with this matter in Ombugadu vs Sule supra. This is beyond technicalities..

All the bvas pdp brought to court where not even marked as required. Instead of them to call inec witnesses who knows the workings of bvas to testify on bvas, they are calling on their agents... Blame opposition and leave the judiciary

Stop confusing yourself and the public, he is not an expert witness as you alluded to since but a key witness liken to the one done by Bamidele Daramola for APC in the presidential election tribunal.

You are the one confusing yourself. Any subpoena that is at the request of the petitioner is a nullity. They were supposed to have inspected the bvas before the trial began. In any case, since they are not backed by inec witnesses, it is useless..

The evidence he presented was to be presented by professional and an expert before the court can use it. My brother, you don't know what you're saying. A witness talked about results released without dwelling on whether their was double thumb printing which will require expert to detect. He never talked about software used to have demand for expert knowledge. We are talking about results INEC claimed was authentic and the ones in EC8, BVAS records and irevs data uploaded. And you think it required the service of an expert witness? Please say sensible thing sir.

Any good electoral lawyer will easily know that pdp has lost

I don't think you read my comment and assimilate it very well. I will enjoin you to go back and read my comment again. I did said it is easy to detect rigging if it happens at the ward, state and national levels but much difficult at the unit level if all parties are in agreement. I have monitored and supervised elections many times and I know what I am saying. When results are altered before entry into the EC8A, it is fact that all agents and police would have same result sheets? It is when all agents are not in unison that you will see traces at the unit level. If I tell you what I witnessed in the last general elections, you will know that rigging at the unit level can be systematic and without trace.
It is when it is over voting that you can easily detect the error but if it is just suppression of results, except your agent later comes out and say this is what happened at the back scene. In this scenario, the number of registered voters is correct. The number of votes cast is correct. The only difference is the distribution of votes to parties and this is the most commonest rigging system now. The number of registered voters is okay. The votes cast is okay while the results for each party is the only problem.

I have just seen this post and this is a very daft submission.

1: in a situation where EC8 can be altered at the polling unit, it implies it is not a stronghold of the rigged party in which case, with your education, you are telling us that voters from the other party stood by, saw them count and watched them paste a different result? If it a stronghold what is there to alter if you are not over voting? In such a scenario what you would do if you want to rig is over vote which like we have established can be detected via BVAS. Are votes not counted in public before they are recorded and pasted?
2: humoring you and assuming voters from the opposition party stood by and heard them count but record a different figure, do you not realize that the actual ballots are serialized and preserved both the used and unused ballots? So if indeed such a fantasy occurred, there is evidence.
3: assuming but not conceding that you could even get away with this in a handful of PUs. How many PUs would you have to pull this off to make a material difference to an election result bearing in mind that these would have to be PU with significant presence of opposing voters?
