People feel the main issues bothering them are pushed to the back burner for issues that are less important and affect the super minority

For example that Kamala interview on support for Tax payer funded transgender surgeries for imprisoned illegal immigrants. The statement alone has almost 4 things that infuriates an average American. You now have 4 in one statement. In the real world, how many illegal immigrants want tax funded trans surgeries? Maybe a total of 200 if that much. But you choose to upset 100m people and another 70m who will still barely support you even though they shake their heads at that comment.

Do you or any serious person think its okay for trans to play in women sports? These are issues where Dems tie themselves into a knot to appease the fringe and upset the bulk of Americans

Another current issue, many people think there is excessive waste in the country especially in govt, Some agencies have not been audited in years or have failed audits, Some of these include Defence and foreign aids(Something Republicans like and Democrats do not) You have allowed Trump to take over this type of issue from you and Right now Democrats are positioning themselves as the party to block probes into excessive govt waste

Another example, Democrats are calling to fight/resist everywhere including the streets and you are showing people burning American flags while raising foreign flags on US soil

How will it look during a campaign Trump is saying there was waste in govt with pictures of Democrats actively blocking the probes. Or Showing people burning US flags and hoisting foreign flags on American soil

At a point, some people will start asking do you really care about me or just some dumb ideas like this angry guy here

I'm laughing so hard at the conversation between you both on these issues. The reason is because I stood for those, said the Dems became too extreme in their policies and all that but it was called a centrist bs lol.

One thing I have learned to do is to give time to issues. It naturally plays out that when someone's right, time will redirect everything to his path.

During the last campaign, I told my wife something. I said, the Dems are doing the mistake Trump made in 2020.

In 2020, Trump focused on some issues that became scary for the neutral voters who thought he was pandering to only his base and it was costly. These neutrals had to tilt towards Biden and the Dems. In the run-up to the last election, the Dems became too extreme with the same extremism that became scary for the neutral voters in the past that they had to vote for Trump. It is important to note that the neutrals in every election are more than supporters of parties. They are the true deciders of elections. Over-pander to a direction and they are gone to the other side.

What did the Dems do after they lost? They began an online war against men, blacks and minorities who voted for Trump. Like they have been in the last 4 years, no convincing, only bullying to make sure you fall in line. Some said they won't have sex in the next 4 years, I wonder if they still hold on to that now.

It was so with the media. How they hounded lots of people who spoke against the system. Why fight opposing voices to the extent of cancelling them or using the social media to block their views if you aren't scared?
It was clearer when Zuckerberg said he would have done things differently now than before. Bezos was attacked for saying his media platform would stay out of picking a side few weeks to the election.

The COVID-19 mandate was so poor. You are a party of my body my choice but you hate the fact that someone was against a vaccine that has an agreement tied to it that whatever happens is not on the company. People were sacked for taking their stand against the vaccine. My question is, where did COVID-19 go at this point? Has it gone completely? Let's just forget the crap talk of herd immunity because most African countries didn't take the vaccine yet they got the same results of herd immunity.

Is it about the LGBTQXYZ issue? How will you allow a child to choose a gender but stop that same child from voting? If he's too young to have a better decision with voting why will that child be too old to choose something as delicate as gender change? Let's not forget the issue of trans in sports. Women were cancelled for speaking out. It even happened to Chimamanda whose event in Germany was cancelled because she spoke for women and they thought she was against Trans. The issue of school having more right than parents about the gender issue of their own children was also another extreme one.

There were lots of things that happened that were extreme, but the media in cohort with the previous administration made them look ordinary. Why will something ordinary cause you to lose an election if it was truly ordinary?

Lastly, the Dems do not try to convince people, they bully. I have seen it here. Imagine you have 4 years to convince a MAGA but you constantly called him names for picking a side, now he voted for same person because he didn't see you different from him.

The above being said, I still think there are some things Trump shouldn't be touching at this point. He's becoming too extreme in my point of view.

i told my partner we needed to pull out of the job and that nothing good would come out of it. fortunately he listened to me, because he did not want to understand that the real purpose of NDAs is to bully and intimidate your employees or contractors or partners. because they cannot afford to employ lawyers full time and do not have SANs as friends incidentally may partner had worked with them previously and they had stiffed him on some technicality. believe it or not the man spent two days trying to browbeat and cajole my partner into working with them. i guess he could not believe that someone would not be swooning at the chance to work with a so called big name in nigeria.

ironically, six months later we are working on that very project right now - directly with the mans proposed client.

I wouldn't know the extent of corruption in US government, but I ordnarily will assume that US has better transparent and check and balance system against corruption compare to a country like Nigeria, but then I do not claim to know better.

On aid to Palestinians, the difference is that they were more or less at war at the time. So it was a temporary aid to help people that were displaced by war that US played and active role in. But then it is okay if it is in the best interest of US not to offer any humanitarian support during such conflict.
