These are real women. Their children are motherless now. Their husbands are widowed and their parents have buried their adult children.

Think well before you jump on culture wars.
Like I often tell you guys, for some of you on this site, it’s just talk and debate so you don’t care because it doesn’t affect you.

For others, it’s their literal lives on the line.

which one is the lie here?

1) republicans introduced bills to ban abortions?
2) republicans blocked bills to ensure national access to birth control?
3) those women didn’t die? It was all made up to disparage Trump right? They’re still alive somewhere hiding and pretending to be dead.

This is what happens when you support evil. You try hard to reconcile the fact that you’re a terrible person who supports terrible things. The only thing you can do to console yourself is to tell yourself that it must be a lie.

Meanwhile the people you’re supporting are telling you out loud that they are doing what they are accused of doing. But you can’t make sense of it so your mental defense is to pretend you don’t hear them admitting to it.

The mindfck must be debilitating

You support the party that banned abortions and blocked bills that gives women national access to birth control

Let me ask you a question. That’s if you can collect your brain to respond. In a state where the Republicans have successfully removed access to birth control, what is the solution you’re offering a woman who finds herself the victim of sexual assault but can’t prevent pregnancy because birth control is banned.?

I want a logical answer. Not the “you’re crazy” deflection you’re doing.
No. They simply said states should decide nd we have seen Republican states like Kansas already voting that they want abortion and no one has sued them

In October we heard that Trump was lying about CBS editing Kamalas interview

Today we are hearing that CBS or any media has a right to edit interviews

They better settle the lawsuit

This is a bill by a senate republican. Introduced only last month. Last I checked the constitution applies to all Americans. So this would affect all women in America if this bill were to pass.

You can can keep playing around with words all you want to avoid admitting the truth.

Not to mention that even you were saying the absolute truth which you aren’t (as I’ve just proven). A woman’s right will depend on which state she lives in. Even though we are supposedly all American.

The SCOTUS already ruled that abortions should be determined by states. So each state will pass their own version like Kansas did

Some states have death penalties and others don't. So some states determine whether a human lives or they can take his life legally

Even though they are all Americans

Yet senate republicans keep attempting to pass bills to make it illegal nationwide. And you’re quoting me without even realizing what your party rulers are doing. I remember you saying you are personally pro choice. Well the party you support isn’t

At the risk of going into roundabout death penalty arguments, we’re equating women making a choice for themselves as equivalent to the kinds of crimes that often attract the death penalty.

Just like I said, it was never about concern for women’s wellbeing

You are talking about human lives. Certain states deem abortion as murder and some do not. Its what the people of the state say and put to law that counts

Chair Cassidy Joins Over 140 Republican Lawmakers in Encouraging Trump Admin to Reinstate Pro-Life Policies
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senators Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA), chair of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), and James Lankford (R-OK) along with 141 Republican lawmakers encouraged President Trump to reinstate and broaden the life-affirming pro-life policies in the early days of his new administration. The letter also strongly condemned the Biden-Harris administration’s unprecedented and illegal pro-abortion policies.
“Over the last four years, President Biden, Vice President Harris, and their administration systematically weaponized the government against the unborn, their mothers and pro-life Americans—doing their very best to erase every trace of life-affirming victories from your first administration,” wrote the lawmakers. “We look forward to the reinstatement of Trump policies on life in the first days of your second term, getting the country back to a life-affirming, whole of government approach to supporting pregnant and parenting women and their children, born and unborn.”

The senators were joined by U.S. Senators Steve Daines (R-MT), John Cornyn (R-TX), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Roger Wicker (R-MS), Joni Ernst (R-IA), Katie Britt (R-AL), Jim Banks (R-IN), James Risch (R-ID), Mike Crapo (R-ID), Pete Ricketts (R-NE), Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), Tim Scott (R-SC), Ted Budd (R-NC), Deb Fischer (R-NE), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Rick Scott (R-FL), Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), John Hoeven (R-ND), Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Dan Sullivan (R-AK), Eric Schmitt (R-MO), Todd Young (R-IN), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-KS), Mike Lee (R-UT), John Boozman (R-AR), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Jerry Moran (R-KS), Josh Hawley (R-MO), and Ron Johnson (R-WI) in signing the letter.

Okay but your first response to me was to try and disprove my claim as if I was lying. That failed.

Then you tried to make me out to be exaggerating saying it’s only one man’s view. Now you’ve seen I was right too.

You’re now okay with it as long as it’s the law.
The unending shifting of goal posts is what I can’t deal with. Laws can be immoral and unjust I hope you know that.

And when you see someone who’s hoping such unjust laws don’t become reality, the least you can do is get out of their way instead of trying to trip and gaslight them. Especially when it’s something you are not likely to be personally affected by.

You’re telling me that if they can get majority and make it punishable by death for a victim of sexual assault to have an abortion then it is what it is. Cool

I don’t even know why I’m shocked.

Your claim is that some Republican politicians are pro life? Yes there are people in both sides that are pro life and there are people in both sides that are pro choice. You were trying to pass the opinion of some as the overall opinion. If All Republicans want to be pro life, they probably have the numbers to do it and they haven't yet. So easy with the fear mongering

And if for some reason they are able to pass it into law going through the appropriate channels, then so be it. We can only live by the laws we have in the land even if you don't like it, probably you or I don't like 100% of the laws but we still abide by it. That is how a nation of laws work

the summary of what really happened in 2022 which they brought up during the election to try to sway votes.
the cases where preventable complications from chemical abortions led to maternal deaths. the deaths resulted from medical mismanagement rather than restrictive laws as cococandy and her leftwing lying media claimed.

In the first case, (Amber Thurman) who is already caring for a child, traveled to a North Carolina clinic for a surgical abortion. she was delayed due to traffic and the clinic only held her appointment for a short time. Once there, she was given abortion drugs by an employee of unclear qualifications without clear evidence of proper informed consent. After returning home, she became seriously ill, hemorrhaged, and eventually developed a septic incomplete abortion. Although she was given antibiotics, a delayed dilation and curettage procedure meant that when intervention finally occurred, she was already in multi-organ failure and died on the operating table. there is nothing like restrictive laws preventing her from receiving care.

The second case involved Candy Miller, a 40-year-old woman with preexisting conditions such as severe lupus, diabetes, and hypertension. Influenced by media messages suggesting that seeking an abortion would result in legal repercussions, she obtained abortion drugs online rather than receiving in-clinic care. It is unclear if she was within the approved gestational period for the medication. Over several days, she experienced significant hemorrhaging and was eventually found unresponsive at home, leading to her death.

in both cases proper medical protocols such as accurate assessment of gestational age and timely surgical intervention were not followed, resulting in preventable deaths. the media and political figures like the ones USAID gives money to are spreading misinformation that deters women from seeking necessary care and inhibits doctors from providing timely treatment, thereby exacerbating the already high rate of preventable maternal mortality in this country.

so cococandy, your likes are the ones making these women make wrong decisions in life so you could point your fingers at the republicans and say that's the bad guys.
