The medical examiner determined that Porsha Ngumezi died from hemorrhage (severe blood loss). the hemorrhage resulted from heavy and prolonged bleeding during her miscarriage, compounded by her blood clotting disorder, and the treatment she received (misoprostol) was not effective in stopping the bleeding.

Doctors are unsure of how to proceed in certain cases. Like if the woman is hemorrhaging and the fetus still has a heartbeat, they don’t have the assurance that they won’t be accused of killing a child by performing the procedure.

What I need the agency to do though is to get verifiable facts and understand what and where these finances are going to before exposing them to the public. So many people are already angry, anything will inflame them to not be logical.

Also, I think the agency needs to be bi-partisan so as to have members from both divides to work together in order to get the best result possible.
